I do have a 55 gallon drum I can work with. It looks like it actually may work nicely with another terracotta pot I have. Thanks for the comment and kick starting my brain.

What is your 55 gallon drum design of? A sand battery heater?

I used exhaust pipe going threw the sand and a water heating element works amazing to heat my 3200sq ft home
I tried a hot water heater element as my first experiment. They deteriate unless submersed in water.@@Familyadventure369
