Get to the finish line in the entrance at Mission Beach before he gets there. You will be driving a black Lamborghini Gallardo, owned by Ming from NFS MW. Ming decided to borrow one of his cars in order for you to smoke Darius in order to win the race, and the cops are as follows: 1. At the start of the race, 2 Audi R8's will begin chasing them. 2. Before heading onto Grand Ocean Road, 2 Lamborghini Gallardo police cars will be joining in the chase. 3. Cross is back in the chase, and he will drive a Corvette ZR1 with his iconic livery from Most Wanted & Carbon. He will spawn at the museum in Grand Ocean Road. You will be equipped with: 3 EMP's 3 Jammers 3 Turbos 3 Spike Strips The R8's will utilize Level 2 Roadblocks & EMP's, the Gallardo's will utilize all Level 2 Pursuit Tech, while Cross will have Level 3 Pursuit Tech.

Plus, he was the culprit of stealing the money and they blamed you for it. Even Nikki was mad at you at the beginning cutscene because you we're the one to take all the money, because inside the bag was full of paper, and the player bailed her, meaning that she was arrested after she was knocked down by an unknown person.
