Poms outside of Sydney? Exploring beyond Bondi? And to TASSIE? For more than two days? I must salute you 🫡 Thank you for visiting! ☺️
how nice to see a young pommie couple who actually are seeing my country INSTEAD OF THE CITIES. PROUD OF YOU... AND THANK YOU
This was such a lovely vlog, i just honestly cannot believe it’s basically been a year since you moved to Oz! I’ve loved watching you travel to all the different places, i can only imagine what an incredible time you have both had💗 best wishes for your onward travel home x
Wonderful. Thanks for sharing.
You have really showcased our beautiful country - thank you!
We've absolutely LOVED living here!!
Come to tassie and I think the best beach is in Coningham it it towards the bottom
Come in summer not in winter
and go to Bruny island and a go a pub called Winston then go to the lollie shop or ice cream shop nearby
Explore the lower parts of tassie not many people do and there is some amazing community’s there
We did this road trip from melbourne last year in November and it snowed so bad at cradle mountain that we couldn't do it properly!! I really loved tassie, its a place I would 100% go back too. We loved Bruny island and wineglass bay, we hired a van and it was such a beautiful trip!
omg no way!! It had actually snowed a few days before we visited, this was the first day of the week the shuttle buses were running all the way down to Dove Lake so I think we got really lucky!! But it's such a beautiful country - we'd definitely go back as there's a few places I do feel we missed! Thank you so much for watching :) xx
8th cuddly has got to be a Kiwi… 🇳🇿
You’re SO right 👀👀👀
I'm so happy you loved Tassy! My road trip there was my highlight of my Australia trip!
Honestly I think it's SUCH an underrated part of Aus - I'd definitely go back, it's beautiful!
Tasmania looks incredible! There’s a Launceston in Cornwall, England and that’s pronounced ‘Lawn-stun’ like the first way you were saying it. 😊 The Tasmanian town could be different though!
Ahhh that would make sense, I've not heard of the English town but reckon that probably is a similar pronunciation haha - thank you so much for watching!!x
Yes, Tasmanians pronounce it differently, Lonceston ('Lon' like 'on')
Sadly Cadbury has been closed for a few years now. Tasmania has many amazing white sand beaches. You were definitely here during a cold snap. The weather has been wild. Gorgeous and sunny today!
It’s so stunning, but I do definitely think we were here during a cold week hahaha! But beautiful nonetheless for sure!😍😍
I live in St helens on the east coast I love my little island
Omg no way!! We loveeed visiting here!! It was gorgeous!
Hi, Tasmania looks amazing we go there in December! Do you have any recommendations for car hire?? 😊
Ahh you're going to have the best time! We used East Coast rentals and booked through Klook, really really recommend them they were SO cheap for the quality of car!! Plus an easy pick up from Hobart airport too!
how much did you spent total? planning on travelling tas soon would love to get some insight
Yes you got the pronunciation right in the end , it is pronounced "Lawn cest on". So sad you have now left Australia 😢 I hope you had a great year exploring our country ❤
It's pronounced Lonceston! No 'Lawn' sound - that's how you tell the person isn't local.
Thank you so much!! We’ve absolutely loved spending the year here, we loveee this country ♥️
Molly, when you and Tom come to New Zealand. You'll have to get a Kiwi to add to your collection of soft toys!!
This is definitely going to happen ;)
@@MollyThompsonx_ I was in a book shop in New Zealand and I saw a Kiwi and I thought of you, and your collection of soft toys you and Tom have been collecting during your travels.
Love you
15:27 what month and date did you guys go?
Interested as we are visiting in Dec and wondering if the weather will be much the same
Heres a tip if you want to see the lights in the atmosphere. When CME "coronal mass ejection" ejectsfrom the sun and is heading towrds earth thats when you'll see this happened. Its the earth magnetic field that reacts to the CME from the sun.
You covered all the touristy things well but pity you didn't have more time to do a lap of Tasmania , the best beaches and coastline is north of binalong bay up to the top corner , then across the top then down the river to Launceston , then you have the contrasting wild west coast, but really need a 4wd to get right into the amazing west coastal areas .
Have really enjoyed your videos , have missed a few that I need to go back and watch .
Freycinet is pronounced freycinay,
Launceston is pronounced lonceston
I live in Australia but have NEVER been down to Tasmania (oops..) I totally should!!
You definitely should!!x
🥰🌟💕
♥️♥️♥️
❤❤❤❤💖💖💖
Thank you for watching!!♥️♥️

NEXT visit. make Australia your home
“By into this im not entirely sure I mean” very accurate summary of MONA 😂
Honestly, the strangest place I've maybe ever been but good fun all the same hahahaa
@@MollyThompsonx_ I feel like all of my senses were attacked.
How come you skipped going to Port Arthur historic site? The best part of Port Arthur and surrounds. The old prison and gardens, etc etc
Also the site of our biggest mass shooting tragedy.
We did visit Port Arthur and we did drive to the historic site, but we were stuck in traffic for ages getting out of Hobart & ended up arriving too late to make it worth paying to enter really, it was such a shame because we did have it on our list but we'd spent a lot of time driving down from Hobart after Mona :( We'll just have to go back and do this one day!
someone forgot to tell you, tassy is your last stop before antarctica
hello beautiful 😘😘😘❤️❤️❤️
Think I’ve missed something why is it final? 👁️
How do you mean? As we’re leaving Australia after Tasmania because our visas are up!💚
