When I play Medic I don't care about my K/D, I am absolutely going to sprint across an open field with bullets flying to save that Infiltrator who got slightly out of position. Medic Tool Mains arise!
carapace + grenade bandolier + healing grenade goes hard. these things heal through walls and last like, what, 10 seconds? chuck one at a doorway and you heal so fast you just have to walk out for a second before peeking again. definitely the ultimate extension of medium assault. I main medic but I can't give up other utility-based implants like Sensor Shield, so not for me sadly :p (also no membership. nanites are pay-to-win smh)
Honourable mention: The TF2 Medic: Triage + Medic applicator + Nano-Regen Device; and you start to costantly heal someone that offers suppression fire (like a Heavy assault) like an engineer would do to a MAX and like a TF2 medic would do to a TF2 Heavy, forgetting there's no Uber-Charge in PS2.
I adopted a new playstyle recently, i go full pacifist, so far only 2 kills and both were vehicular manslaughter, but i full focus on sundy spawns, healing and rezzing. Its honestly a good time.
Guess I was somewhere between Medtool Main and Carapace Medium Assault. I just did Medium Assault by itself because I was too poor for carapace. The order of operations was shoot boolet first, then heal and res if there was nobody immediately to shoot at.
@@tobysstandpoint yeah ive played a few times, i see some old names from connery there as well - i just cant drag myself to do the grind all over again lol, i basically spend all my gaming time on helldivers now, or kovaaks.

I think under-barrel heal grenade is the way for the terminally nanite deficit planetmans
heavy assault = prevention
medic = treatment
prevention>treatment
You cannot be injured if you are dead to begin with

Emerald isn't too bad rn, I had to leave my Connery character sadly in order to get it, but gameplay is actually fun again
