TG-5 CNC Tool & Cutter Grinder
◾ Characteristic
High-Precision Control and Programming System, quipped with Swiss brand-Num Flexium + 68 controller and Numrotoplus® software, which provides 0.1 um program for calculating resolution.
◾ High-Efficiency Grinding
Equipped with built-in spindle for bringing full load torque output when slot grinding.
Provided with A-axis indexing’ workhead with Direct Drive Motor, which can process step grinding with small quantity and great variety of production mode.
◾ Probe Measuring System
Used for detecting the length of workpiece length, runout, and the position of the central water outlet before grinding.
Worked as a measurement for confirming the diameter of the workpiece after grinding. If the workpiece is not within the tolerance, calibration procedures will automatically get executed so that the workpiece will be re-grinded again in order to improve the quality of overall production.
◾ Automatic Wheel Exchange and Grinding Wheel Measuring System
Two sets of grinding wheel flanges can be installed for meeting the needs of different grinding position. The exchange of the grinding wheel would cost 8 second.
Grinding wheel’s diameter, position, thickness, radial and axial runout can be automatically measured through the grinding wheel probe. By having this function, it can lead to higher production and reduction in scrap.
◾ Automatic Loading/Unloading System
Equipped with FANUC LR Mate 200iD Robot (six-axes). Its gripper jaw is designed for fitting Ø3-20 mm round bar and can do the mixed-model production for the shanks that have the same diameter.
