    We just spotted a brush tail possum in the middle of the city(melbourne). It was just chillin up a tree and cruising around on the street tame as faark. Humans didnt phase him.

    • @JasonHeal
      @JasonHeal  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Hey John, yes in Brisbane they are on the powerlines & the roofs. Humans don’t phase them as they get use to it. Probably starting to move in to the city slowly from the park’s & reserves

    I just had one pay me a visit over @ my workspot on 12/5/22 & made a video.
    Not sure if it's male or female, but I feed it & other stray animals.
    Probably not the greatest thing to do, but, I know enough that it's a wild animal so I just leave food for things like this.
    Never heard 1 make a noise which is why I looked it up & ended up here on this video.

      Hi Chris, ok mate. Oh you never heard them make this noise? Yeah they can make these type of sounds. This was recorded in Queensland rainforest with one of my trail cameras

      Yep they sure do! Freaked me out the first time I heard one. But I love your videos. My dad reckons there's quite a few on the trip down to nsw from Queensland through all the bushy areas

    I like your videos. I think there is a lot of interesting sounds that you are recording. But first you thought this was a wallaby, given how you posted it first saying it was a wallaby? Why did you think it was a wallaby at first?
    My two-cents - it's a goat. There are goats all over Mt. Tamborine. You can see them standing on the embankments up on Mt. Tamborine Road as you drive up the north side. And you have to admit, that sounds like a goat.

    • @darrenchesterfield1565
      @darrenchesterfield1565 9 ปีที่แล้ว

      Darren Chesterfield Actually dude that was totally my fault. I saw both videos come up on my feed and assumed they were the same because they were 37seconds long. Sorry about that. But my money is still on a goat.

    • @JasonHeal
      @JasonHeal  9 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Darren Chesterfield Hi Darren, that's cool ! I have this theory with the dust or small moths you can see in the video.
      Every time I believe I have a Yowie on video there is these dust parts or small moths that appear each time.
      Watch the video again, you will see this.

    • @thetrailtobigfoot
      @thetrailtobigfoot 9 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Darren Chesterfield don't know about the sound but this blowing stuff in front of the camera is consistent with bigfoot activity in my area. I have seen this before with no wind blowing. The debris is not in the background only in front of the camera. I don't know what is to the left could this be a critter on the tree, only Jason would know but I say, yes I've seen this before. It doesn't surprise me.

    • @JasonHeal
      @JasonHeal  9 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Yeah very true, they do have this happen often.

    • @darrenchesterfield1565
      @darrenchesterfield1565 9 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Jason H All interesting stuff anyway. The idea that dust is an element of a yowies coat is definitely not impossible. I just can't get passed the fact that it sounds like a goat and I know there are goats in the gereral Tambo area. A lot of the other videos you are posting are very interesting. Had a chilling wood knock at Mt. Warning so I'm not a disbeliever. The latest thermal of the bipedal was wicked.
