KYLO that’s a little more on the advanced side. don’t start straight away with a fingerstyle song, you should obviously learn the basics of the guitar first like the parts, the strings, etc. after that you can learn some basic chord progressions like g, c, am and d. you can play a few songs with those.

Skipping the basics is like trying to learn to walk without crawling first. But i guess as long as you pick the strings with the correct fingers you should be fine

Shit happens, and when we get torn down and stop chasing what we seek we inevitably fail... that time. Learn from failures and comeback stronger. Thats my goal this time around. It's so that you stay in tune if you improvise with a solo, finger picking variations, the full chord, whatever. :) Also if you accidentally strike another string it will still sound okay. It's a good habit to learn!
