      The Sacred Sun Swastika Symbols that Hitler tried to Taint and Defile - have been found Worldwide. That seems to be a sign, that Jesus the Son/Sun of God - visited Many Nations. Though North Korea leaders, like China's leaders - would have hid that from their people. Like many Leaders hide, the Pyramid's found within their countries. To include China planting trees around them. That only make them, all the more obvious to notice.

      The current extent of England conforms very closely with the extent of Roman Britain, so describes the geography very well (otherwise people will ask why Jesus was not incarcerated in Prestwick). And the description dovetails very well with Blake’s hymn ‘Jerusalem’, at the end of the lecture.

      Britannia was a Roman province at that time, and it was the furthest you could get from Judaea. The perfect place to house dangerous rebels from Judaea. And at just this very time, Emperor Vespasian built the largest fortress in the Roman Empire, at Fortress Dewa (Chester). And it is clear that Dewa was built as a vast Guantanamo Bay, for holding exiled prisoners....

      @@RalphEllis The scholarly consensus is that an actual man existed, preached and was executed. Nothing was written by anyone who knew him and the extra biblical evidence in the first hundred years after his death fits on a side of A4 with room for pictures, merely recounting what his cultists believed.
      Your ramblings are nothing more than attention seeking streams of pattern recognition. It is a tragedy you've wasted your life on it.

    • @RalphEllis

      You only think this, because you have been seduced by the Catholic disinformation that he was a pauper carpenter. However, if you take the gospels literally, that he was a real King of the Jews, the picture changes dramatically. Suddenly, the historical King Jesus is redly visible in the historical record - a real king with a real realm....

      Not unnoticed by Rome, but deliberately concealed by Rome. Jesus was the leader of the Jewish Revolt, just as the Talmud (and Josephus) say, but Rome did not want anyone glorifying the leader of a revolt against Rome - so they distanced and deleted him from those events.

    Very interesting and comprehensive thank you once again; I am increasingly fascinated by the reverence shown by later classicists and poets for Berenice, the daughter of Marcus Julius Agrippa I and herself a ruler of Judaea, and sister of Marcus Julius Agrippa II; she was a Jewish Princess who had tried to prevent the armed clashes on the Jewish wars from 66 onwards, I first noted the story when I studied Racine's play about her and the tragic love story with Titus; there seems to be something in how it reflects what happened to Cleopatra and Mark Antony, and also Vespasian, who in order to progress along the cursus honorum, had sacrificed his relationship with the woman whom he loved ( Antonia Caenis). What was new to me is that she was a friend of Isas-Jesus-Manu of Edessa (being part Jewish like him) - but of course instead favoured the Flavian cause. Vespasian was a kind of "alter-ego" of the predestined king of kings and he prevented the relationship between Titus and Berenice, yet these two took their place in history as star-crossed lovers and I am unsure why. It's also amazing how the identity of Isas-Jesus-Manu has been occluded not only from official history but also from the romantic works of medieval and classical literature since surely his relationship with his sister-wife Mary the Magdalene is equally fascinating. Other than in the mysterious Grail cycle story (and whatever was discovered and hidden in the Crusades that we still don't know) this amazing truth of a real king and leader who was turned into the saviour of mankind, but was in reality exiled to Chester (and his sister escaped to Orange) - who knows if they ever met again as related in the Arthurian tales as Arthur and Guinevere - or whether there is another layer of symbolism there in the Tales, such as when she is ushered in to the Knights as the "Grail" bearer. Would you be able to state if Berenice and Mary Magdalene were historically connected or met, or if Mary's escape was in any way orchestrated by this woman?

    • @RalphEllis
      @RalphEllis  5 ปีที่แล้ว +6

      And rumoured to have been the sister-wife of Agrippa ll.
      And if King Izas-Jesus was Jesus if Gamala, as I say (because both led the Jewish Revolt) - then yes, he would have been close to Agrippa and Berenike. Josephus said that they ransomed Jesus, after he had been captured by pro-Roman forces.
      R

    • @RalphEllis
      @RalphEllis  5 ปีที่แล้ว +6

      Oh, I am sure that Berenike would have met Mary Magdalene. According to the Talmud, Mary was the richest woman in Judaea, and would have owned a palace in Jerusalem (the palace of Queen Helena). And according to the Golden Legend she owned quite a few castles around the Levant. I am certain that these aristocrats would have shared a goblet of wine at many socio-political functions.

    Jesus absolutely 100% could not have set in England for one indisputable reason .
    England did not exist until long after the fall of the Roman empire .Long after the time of Jesus

    • @RalphEllis
      @RalphEllis  4 ปีที่แล้ว

      The Roman province of Britain corresponds much better with the region of modern England, than it does with modern Britain. And this is important, because Chester is at the extremes of modern England, but not of modern Britain (which is why the Roman fortress was constructed there).
      And it makes for a better title too, because it resonates much closer to William Blakes’s hymn Jerusalem. See the end of the talk....!

    Most people don’t realise that Jesus was just stealing the work of Darth Plagus, through the teachings of the Chancellor. And Anakin was the chosen one, not Jesus. Jesus was born in Bespin too, but no one wants to talk about that either.

    • @RalphEllis
      @RalphEllis  4 ปีที่แล้ว +5

      Actually, it was vice-versa. Star Wars was created as a modern equivalent if the Jewish Revolt. Thus the evil Galactic Empire was the ‘evil’ Roman Empire, while the plucky Jedi rebels were the plucky Judi rebels (the Essene Nazarenes - the Church of Jesus).
      Take a look at the fortress of Jedha, which is an exact copy of the Judi fortress of Massada. Which is interesting, because in Judaic history the traitor who joined the Empire (ie: Darth Vader) and became a great leader of theirs, was Josephus Flavius.

      Vespasian WROTE the gospels, via Josephus Flavius.
      There are numerous similarities between the gospels and the works of Josephus. That is why theologians say that the gospels had some decades of oral tradition, and were finally written in the AD70s - because so much of their material comes from Josephus.
      The truth is that the gospels relate AD 60s events, during the Jewish Revolt. Jesus was the leader of that Revolt, as the Talmud makes clear (the Talmud blames Jesus for the destruction of the Temple.). And this chronicle (both religious and secular) was recounted and recorded by Josephus Flavius.

    Fantastic and eye opening. In a strange parallel to the Indian epic Ramayana, I feel like this prison fortress in Chester in the middle of the forest parallels the Asoka vana where Sita was imprisoned by Raavana.
    Note the following points which suggest that the second half of the Ramayana (war) is abstract imagery around the usurpation of Rome by the Flavians and subsequent fall of Rome
    1. The play titus andronicus shows a magical deer hunt and an episode in which Titus' sister has her tongue chopped off. Magical deer hunt and a similar incident occur in the Ramayana
    2. Who was Sita that was abducted and imprisoned by Raavana? I speculate that these are the Delphic Oracles that Vespasian needed to imprison because he lacked legitimacy as a ruler. There are also episodes in Ramayana in which the Raavana character attempts to feed human flesh (tastily cooked) to Sita (this is paralleled in Titus Andronicus)
    3. Who was Raavana? The crucial evidence of the Romano gypsies is important there. Why did the gypsies migrate out of India around the turn of the millenium and in such large numbers. Now it is understood that Gypsies arrived in Europe much earlier than thought around 400AD. Clearly they were responding to some sort of cataclysmic event that was considered important to unearth by the ruling dynasties of India. When the gypsies arrived, the capital of Rome had already shifted to Ravenna, hence the character Ravana (mispelling of Ravenna) is conflated to be the guy who did the abduction (but in fact it was the flavians who did it centuries ago). This was an early era in which information flow took lots of time and bards were likely to make these errors
    4. All of this shows that the character Jesus-Christ who was crucified was of great importance to the Indians and I believe this specific character who fought, was captured and crucified is modeled in the Abhimanyu character of a later epic the Mahabharata
    5. Carrying this speculation further, the prisoner in the English prison was probably not Jesus (who was dead by then and of no political value to Vespasian) but the Oracles whose prophecies he needed to hide from the Roman public

    Hello Ralph. I really enjoy your writing. I have all of your books in The King Jesus Trilogy and The Egyptian Exodus series. I love them all and find them very thought provoking and meticulously researched. I was especially intrigued by your book "King Jesus" and your postulation regarding Saul/Paul of Tarsus and Josephus Flavius being one and the same person. All of your research into comparing the lives of Paul and Josephus is remarkable and hard to believe that anyone cannot see the impossibility of these being sheer coincidence! Are you familiar with a book by Joseph Atwill, called "Caesar's Messiah"? It is very interesting and I wonder what you think about the premise of this book? His theory is that the 3 Flavian Emperors along with Josephus created what you refer to as simple Christianity as a way to force the Jews to worship the Flavians as their God, without their direct knowledge or understanding. Also to end the militant messiah tradition and replace it with a messiah of love and peace (turn the other cheek), and give unto Caesar that which is Caesar's. To accomplish this Atwill theorizes that they created the gospels using the technique of typology, which is used throughout Judaic literature. It is a complicated theory to explain, but basically creates a common timeline and set of events which mirror each other and creates confusion by using the same names over and over or by using different names for the same person. Such as your theory about Josephus and Saul/Paul. I would love to hear what you think about this theory and could it possibly fold into your research?

    • @RalphEllis
      @RalphEllis  4 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      There is a video out there, with myself and Atwill - interesting discussion. The reason you will not find another analysis between Josephus and Saul, is they are petrified of this conflation - because it destroys the entire classical biblical narrative. It demonstrates that Christianity is a Roman invention, and that Jesus was alive in the AD60s.

      The language mistranslations were often used deliberately, to obscure the character’s true names. Simple things like Simon being called by his title, Peter or Kephas. Or turning the Greek Mono-Bassilius (King Manu) into Monobazus. Or turning the Persio-Parthian name Izas into Jesus.

It would seem strange that the teachings of peace and love (e.g., love your enemies, turn the other cheek, the Golden Rule) would hardly be the teachings of a warrior king. Do you see these teachings as (1) rules set forth by Jesus to solely govern conduct within Edessa, (2) teachings by Jesus after his defeat and his exile to England, (3) a mockery of a defeated warrior by the Roman church, or (4) something else?

No surprise why Christianity is seen as representative of Western civilisation.

    So this agrees with what the Muslims and Gnostics think happened to Jesus? Except in this case, he survives being crucified and is sent to exile in Britain instead of being substituted then raptured to Heaven?

      Yes, there are many texts that say Jesus either survived, or was replaced on the cross by his twin brother.

      Yes, because these different temples may have the same function, they may all be based upon the zodiac. I’ve written an article on my Facebook site which analyses Gobekli Tepi as being circles of the zodiac which is an interesting analysis.

    Exiled to England ? Where in scripture does that originate ?
    The story is he was born in Bethlehem Ephratah . 29 years before his baptism . Died 3 1/2 years later . Resurrected before his assention . Leaving behind his apostles . Who in turn never mentioned any Exile .

    I’m a little confused on a few things, you mention Vespasian plagiarising the gospels in 70ad or thereabouts but the gospels weren’t written at that time. Also you say Josephus is St Paul but Josephus disposed magicians etc so why would he then invent one? In this particular video I feel the circumstantial evidence is being stretch Ed to the limit but otherwise I do agree with your Jesus of Odessa theory. Love your knowledge on the ancients

    • @RalphEllis
      @RalphEllis  4 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      No, I don't say that. I said that Vespasian ordered Josephus Flavius to write the gospels, which is why all theologians say the gospels were written in the early AD 70s (they contain lots of AD 70s material, and lots of material from Josephus).
      St Paul (Saul) was not a Magus. The great Magus of the gospels was Simon Magus, who was probably Simon Boethus. St Peter tried to better Simon Magus as the great debate in Caesaria, and St Paul (Saul) was allied with St Peter.

    I have a real problem believing this Jesus survived the crucification for several reasons. One is that Rome would have wanted him dead. Now I realize that not everyone put on the “cross” was nailed to it but if you are going assume that the Bible are more of less accurate accounts, even if misinterpreted and deliberately placed after the events occurred, then you should be consistent and assume this Jesus was killed.

    • @markw-s5734
      @markw-s5734 3 ปีที่แล้ว

      Also I think the arguments for allowing him to live are weak and go against tradition. Is it possible that you trying to “resurrect” this Jesus to fit your narrative?

    • @RalphEllis
      @RalphEllis  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Josephus Flavius says that the leader of the Jewish Revolt survived his crucifixion (because Josephus took him down early, much as the gospels say). I have no reason to disbelieve Josephus’ report.
      The Church will not equate this to the biblical Jesus, because it means that Jesus was a warrior king fighting against the Romans.
      R

    • @jeffvella9765
      @jeffvella9765 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Ralph is not assuming "that the Bible are more of less accurate accounts",
      They are like propaganda writing of 1 political party today.
      The source material usually is accurate but the interpretation and the conclusions are distorted in the favor of the political party agenda.
      If you do not know the source material you won't be able to distinguish the source material from the lies.
      The gospels never say that Jesus died, but they say that Jesus died and revived which fits Josephus narrative(the source material).
      About the "Rome would have wanted him dead" part, is quite easy.
      Rome already defeated Jesus, Jesus was not a threat to Rome, but his bloodline in Adessa was a possible civil war in the near future. Adessa was under the protection of Parthia so they could not get to them. Any roman aristocrat that was ambitious enough could support a member of that family and bring out of exile. Thus Jesus was worth more alive as a hostage than dead.

    According to the Bible Jesus was visited by a group of non Jewish ('magi") Persian priests (who travelled into enemy territory, Persia being Rome's enemy and Judea being a Roman province at the time) upon his birth to give him three boxes full of the two most expensive products in the world and a box full of gold. Later he was sent to Egypt for an education (Egypt being the center of the world's learning at that time) which would of been available only to those considered rich because education was not free but then he came back only to work on building sites as a craftsman (tekton in the original), something he could of learnt as an apprentice without going anywhere yet he is called a Rabbi something that would of meant religious education and to earn respect Rabbi's were expected to marry and have children (to be considered worldly just as Catholic priests aren't given respect on issues of marriage nowadays), and despite the wealth given to him at birth and his status at work as a craftsman not just a day labourer and status as a Rabbi he was said to be practically penniless, this makes no sense logically, historically, practically or in any other way, the Bible is hiding something or telling just outright lies, there are just too many contradictions in my comment alone.

      The lands of England were established by the Angles, who arrived with the Saxons in the 6th and 7th centuries. England was named after the Angles, even if that did not become a formal title for many centuries. I could have referred to Britannia in the title, but most Americans know this region as England, not Britannia. The title has to resonate with viewers. Ralph

      What you just stated is the most unhistorical claim I've heard in a long time. Infact, no major historian... athiest or Christian would agree with your claims.

    • @RalphEllis
      @RalphEllis  5 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Why is it unhistorical.? Josephus says the leaders of the (failed) Jewish Revolt were exiled, initially to Rome.
      But the archaeology of Fortress Dewa in ‘England’ strongly suggests it was built on the orders of Emperor Vespasian to be a vast 1st century Guantanamo Bay, housing dangerous rebels from the East.
      Now that is compelling circumstantial, and historical, evidence, that the leaders of the Revolt ended up in ‘England’.

      I think he died of old age, in the early 90s AD. His routine would revolve around Temple ritual, and no doubt plotting their return to power. That is why he was held so far away from Judaea and Syria, so he could never return to power. Same as Napoleon being held on the island of St Helena.
