Ex-Tattoo artist here, that does look like a legit tattoo in the healing process. One of the biggest skills you learn is talking clients out of bad ideas because if you do it, it reflects on you. However, there are plenty of irresponsible artists who will do anything aslong as they get paid, this tend to be because they are poor artists and they need all the work they can get.

Not even at their seat numbers.. Then he spoke for most of the film, the actual worst type of person
That's when you get up and go to the main front area of the cinema or where they accept tickets, and complain. Usually they have someone come in and remove them.

None of mine have ever looked like that when they're healing.
