A great alternative to Botox for the jaw is to get fitted for a night guard. It's like a denture that you wear at night, which prevents clenching and grinding. Works like a dream!

Hi Arshia! It is important for me to tell you that if you clunch your jaw so much it is likely that you have some kind of anxiety or stress (I know that because it happend to me too) and maybe the first thing to do before putting botox in it, would be trying to determine what stresses you out and how to relax (yoga, meditation, hypnosis...?) without having to use botox. I really think that when your body is sending you a "message" of stress we should listen a little more and try to deal at first in a more natural way and then try the rest. I hope that you will try less intrusive way before also because by listening to your body-stress and dealing with it without silence it could be better for you for a long term body/mental health and for the health of every person watching your videos and following your exemple. U don’t need the Botox on the jaw. There were a few videos where I noticed it but I feel like it’s gone now! U look like ur regular beautiful self
Please dont get your lips done, your lips are naturally gorgeous. 95% of the ones that get em done look terrible. We can always tell theyre fake & it ruins the face. Look at the Kardashians..even their lips dont look that good anymore. 😕

What the dentist did on your teeth that were small was add a moldable version of what they use for fillings and he shaped your teeth to be more symmetrical! I'm a pre-dental student and I actually broke two of my front teeth when I was a kid so they fixed them in the same way.
Those codes for hair color are from the Redken Shades EQ toners used to tone brassiness after a bleach session. Shades range from 1 being the darkest to 9 being the lightest from this brand. She probably did your roots with the lower number (6), and then added the #7 to the rest of your hair. The letters along with the numbers are just color base or undertones, like browns, pearls, golds, etc. I love the haircut as well. And if you get tired of it you can add some extensions.
You are allowed to color/chop/change your hair. Anytime.

I think the term you were looking for is veneer. They are bonded onto teeth to change the shape, color, size etc for esthetic improvement.
I would recommend looking into cranial chiropractors, especially those that work with your dentists, in regards to your teeth clenching. Sometimes, a TMJ adjustment can help. Hope that helps! :)
I’m going to get metal braces today. I had them 12 years ago when I was 12 but I never wore my retainer so they shifted again. I heard about Invisalign but they say they teeth will move back because you are shifting them too quickly and not letting them settle. Be careful.
I grind my teeth too, I woke up this morning in so much pain on the right side of my jaw. I might look into the botox in the jaw
HI Arshia! Love your update - here's a word of the wise regarding the composites on your upper teeth. Be careful with staining. I had that done because when I was a teen my dentist shaved my teeth too short. I needed length added and I finally found a dentist to do it. But they easily stain and it does not come off w/ cleanings or bleaching. So if you are a coffee/wine drinker I would recommend making sure that you rinse as soon as possible! Otherwise, glad you're so happy now :)

Jaw Botox is amazing, it helps so much and also get rid of that headache you get from the tension from clenching.

I get botox on my jaw every 3 or 4 months and it changed my life it did slim my face a bit but now I don't clinch at all and I sleep like a baby.

I think they did composite bonding to make your teeth bigger, they're also used to fill in gaps which is why I'm getting them done!

If you do the Botox to relieve discomfort then go for it, but aesthetically it's not noticeable. I think you could probably train yourself not to clench them whilst the work you've had done takes time to settle, I've had tightened too after new porcelain crowns.
I’ve noticed my jawline changing as well due to clenching...and I’ve so heard that Botox helps. So if you do it, I would love to see your whole journey. I also heard that the jade rollers help relax the jaw, so I might try that first. Have you used the jade rollers or the nurse Jamie face roller thing?
Our faces all change as we get older I'm sure. Who knows how it will change in a few years. I feel like any clenching you did couldn't have made changes on your face. Just my opinion.

Try olaplex and when you get it coloured next time, ask your colourist to use olaplex steps 1-3 :) you will not even realise you've bleached your hair.

It’s called crown or veneers in your case. It’s used for many purposes. One being cosmetic correction like in your teeth

Well I had “vampire teeth” a slight point on the lower canines. So my dentist kind of filed it till it was blunt- I guess it must be similar

The middle two front teeth are called Central incisors, and the small front teeth next to Central incisors are lateral incisors.. You seem to have veneers on your laterals.

oooo do you still have your wisdom teeth? So I just had mine pulled and once I had them pulled my jaw clenching (awake or asleep) completely stopped! So did the headaches! I too experienced the change in my face shape and now that my wisdom teeth are gone my face shape has evened out completely. I"m 43 so its not too late!

Arshia Moorjani yes. Do look into it. If your teeth were crowded its because of your wisdom. They simply don't have enough space to not jumble. Honestly , i removed them 4 months ago and INSTANTLY I felt the pressure in my jaw alleviate. I didn't miss any work as my wisdom were not impacted ( they were above the gum.) So with a standard extraction I was done. My face shape completely evened out within a week!
