If you’re referring to the part at 12:17 then it’s because the midi is incorrect. The version in here combines bass of the regular version with the ossia. No one can play it that way. You can hear both versions of that section from different pianists. Michelangeli plays the ossia and Kissin plays the regular version.
+Maher Maher But whats great with the style of a chaconne, is that nothing really prevents you of skipping the really difficult parts. And its to long nowadays anyway

Play the octaves with both hands and pedal, then get into the arpeggios
