Hiking Pilot Mountain in North Carolina | Road Trip Hiking with Kids

As we were driving through North Carolina, we saw a solitary mountain in the distance! We followed signs to Pilot Mountain State Park and were able to drive 2 miles up the mountain to some sweet hiking!

Cool! Also located in southern Ontario, our family go on our own adventures, too. Last one we just returned from a few days ago. We were in New Zealand for 4 weeks! Went to the north and south islands, as well as Auckland. Other adventures have been in: Austrailia, Japan, Italy (we love the Amalfi coast), Switzerland, Mexico, the Caribbean (been to too many islands there lol), Hawaii, other Pacific Ocean islands, Chile, Alaska, BC and all over the US.
Best thing a family can do is go adventuring! Many best memories while adventuring!
