Awa Maryy love you are so right. it is suppose to enhance. that didnt happen here. my point was that she doesnt need all of that coverage. there is nothing to cover. her face is ready for everyday wear. lipstick, mascara, blush, things like that is all she really couldve used.
If I looked like her, I would just wear eye liner just for fun and call it a day. She doesn't need make up at all. Natural beauty.

People really need to stop saying to girls that wear makeup they don't need it cause: ain't nobody need it tbh, being pretty without makeup doesn't mean you can not put makeup on too wtf....
Farah Labady Well... It's known that we women wear make up to enhance our beauty, compliment our features and mask/attenuate skin imperfections.
So I think that what people mean by the statement "X doesn't need makeup" is that they find the person just as (if not more) beautiful without it. It's not negative or judgemental, they just don't see the point in wearing make up when you have a beautiful face with no imperfection.
But the thing is (and that's where I agree with the initial comment) we don't only wear make up for the reasons I mentioned above, but also because 1) we FEEL more feminine and 'sophisticated' with it. 2) Applying MU, trying new looks and experimenting colors is actually fun. And 3) It just FEELS good to take some time to yourself. In our case, it's in a fun/relaxing way (who would say no to a fun confidence boost ?).
See guys, these 3 reasons have nothing to do with natural beauty, imperfections, etc. It's all about how it makes us feel.
