I still need more clarification for the pleated parts: After measuring 4 1/2 inches away from head circumference. Is the remaining measurements going to be 4 inches and 1 inch space, 4 inches and 1 inch space, 4 inches and 1 inch space one after the other until we have about 4/5 4inches and 4/5 1inch?
