Dude the voice acting in this is top-notch. They say things that anyone in that situation would say in a wholesome way and the way they say things, you can tell it's not easy what they're enduring. Love that phone convo between Caz and Roy around 2:14:50 . 👍👍
Literally watched this in one go like it was a movie and it was in very large part due to the voice acting. Even the wailing and unsettling monster noises. The whole game was really well done.
This was my 5th attempt at watching this game's walkthrough on TH-cam, after finishing the game 2 weeks ago. It is the first (and probably the only one) that it is done properly, without twitching the camera all over the place, but a bit more smoothly. I get that it is a horror game and that there can be some more desperate situations where you need to think and move fast, but a good walkthrough is way better if you take into account that it is more inclined to make it, so that you can actually see as much as possible of the masterpiece that the game creators have done. So thank you for that!

I always questioned how the main character (Caz) even think about shouting "Hello is someone here?!" when entering a new area. Like, what would happen if there's actually a monster that's hiding in that place?
As a North German who loves the Scottish folks: Epic Voiceacting. I loved the Game, played it on Steam/PC. I dont want to spoil but the end with the Lovecraftian Color out of Space shit, was awesome.
damn, the ending fucked me up. I was on the edge of my seat this entire gameplay, what a game. reminds me so much of another gameplay of yours that I watched- Soma! ending destroyed me on that one too.
McLeary? Or may be MacReady? This game looks to me like a new installment of John Carpenter's "The thing". Monsters, isolated place in deadly environment, sense of dread and hopelessness. It also reminds me the game "Cold fear". There was also a level located on an oil rig.
