- Welcome back to the Survival Challenge from $0 to $10 000 000. Our first field is finally ready for harvest, and the barley is ripe. However, we ran into a small problem-no combine harvester yet! Here's how we turned this challenge into an opportunity in Farming Simulator 25.
1. Selling Products to Buy a Combine Harvester
Without a combine harvester, we headed to our production facilities to collect finished goods. These were delivered to the farmers' market, where we sold them for a solid profit. With enough money in our account, we purchased a brand-new combine harvester and got straight to the barley field.
2. Harvesting Barley and Managing Rain Delays
We attached our new trailer to a trusty tractor and began harvesting the barley. Unfortunately, heavy rain interrupted the process, forcing us to pause and park the combine harvester near the field. We took the harvested grain to the mill we built earlier, ensuring it would be processed into flour while we waited for better weather.
3. Making Money During Rainy Days
Rain doesn’t have to stop progress in Farming Simulator 25! While waiting for clear skies, we focused on other tasks. We delivered logs to the sawmill and processed wood into wood chips, which we sold for a quick profit. Diversifying income streams is key to staying productive, even when weather conditions slow you down.
4. Grass Fields and Silage Production
The fertile land in our area grows excellent grass, perfect for silage production. In the early days of our farm, we started by mowing grass and turning it into silage bales to generate income. With enough money saved, we invested in a self-propelled mower to boost efficiency.
5. Mowing Grass in the Rain
The heavy rain didn’t stop us from making progress. We took our new mower to the fields and began mowing grass to prepare for silage production. Our next step is to create silage bales, which will become a reliable source of income in the future.
Tips for Success in Farming Simulator 25
Stay Flexible: If rain interrupts fieldwork, switch to tasks like delivering wood or mowing grass.
Invest Strategically: Early profits from silage and wood chips can fund essential equipment like combine harvesters.
Diversify Income Streams: Keep production facilities running and sell goods during downtime to maintain cash flow.
With a little creativity and efficient planning, even rainy days can be productive in Farming Simulator 25. Stay tuned as we continue to grow our farm, one harvest and silage bale at a time! 🌾🚜🌧️
