DIY Sailboat - Sanding port hull

All the hull planking is done so the two hulls can be separated. The planking stiffened the hulls so they no longer twist. They were clamped together during the planking to make sure that they were straight and flat. Now the work begins to fair the hulls and get them ready for fiberglass. This first step is sanding.
Make sure to always read and follow all safety instructions for any equipment, tools, or materials that you use. It doesn't matter if they are electric or hand powered. And wear proper safety and protective gear, especially for your eyes, ears, and hands. Maintain a clean and orderly work environment and never get in a hurry or do any work when you are not feeling well. Be careful of heavy lifting or awkward situations. Finally, use common sense.
