    Ashish ji, Unitech was among nifty 50 index between 2006-2008 everything was going great, public listed company and all. But jo log 2008 2009 mei unitech ke projects mei invest kiye sec 70, sec 33 vo aaj tak ro rahe hai. So builder ki neeyat kab kharab ho kaisa pata chalega...what you are saying is idealistic not practical.....aaj signature global bada naam hai but 2016-17 mei kya guarantee the ke vo mahira jaisa na banta. So only safe options are DLF, godrej, puri, sobha, emaar, central park. But har koi 18000, 20000 ka rate nahi pay kar sakta and affordable housing mei chance nahi nikalta. So 8000-10000 ke budget walo ke paas resale mei lene ke alava kya option hai gurgaon mei. Not everyone wants to deal in cash but acha lena chahte hai lekin ache builders budget mei aate nahi hai.

      Dear, one and only true advice....nifty me trade kro...index me only....and rent pe rhte rho....kuch saal baad paise ho jayege aapke pass....sidha payment krke hi buy kr lena....6 months me aap learn kr loge index trading...bhut platform available h....u r looking serious person for ur future....thats why I m writing for u....

      What you are advising is not 100% accurate as trading itself is speculative in nature in nifty index. Investing in nifty through sip and lump-sump is a great thing to do for only long run point of view

    What are your thoughts on Krrish Florence Estate in Sector 70, humne to kacha b nai diya still haven’t got the possession. Land was provided for Central Govt. Employees still Goverment can’t do anything for buyers. HRERA is a joke, Execution ke letter pade rehte hai commissioner ke office or builder pe koi action nai hota

    Ashish ji plz cover M3M Mansion Sec 113. The banks have refused to give funding to the project and the company is forcing customers to make balance payments via Cash. Seems like something is massively going wrong.

      Location is good and appreciation Depends on lot of factors like launch price, vision of investor ,payment plan etc

      It'll launch at around 20k. At that price, it may take 5-10 years to appreciate.
      Also, Godrej is becoming the next M3M with launch after launch. They've not executed a single project in NCR on time & of good quality. Rest it's your call.
