This guy is talking about landscaping and comparing this with "The Camellias" it's just totally irrational to compare.
If you visit the Ganga Reality site, you will get confused in navigation process, first they need to work on their site rather comparing it the most premium project of Gurgaon.
Ashish ji, a lot depends you on which type of developer you are promoting as many people consider your recommendations.
For me, a small land parcel even they give you diamond studded apartment is not luxury in Gurugram market. It can be luxury in other market where availability of land is scarce but not in gurgaon.

Both the ganga projects in new gurgaun are best vfm but they are a bit ambitious and ganga has no track record in delivering this type of projects so execution risk is high. We can very well have another raheja revanta

I think he misunderstood AI, he is telling the features of IoT integration as AI enabled homes. IoT integration is a very basic thing these days.
Also, I am afraid that they are coming up with multiple projects in the near future without any proven track record of deliveries. It is a big Red Flag with such a vision. We have seen so many same cases in the past who failed miserably.
