Before taking readings of the capacitor it is necessary to discharge them by a resistor or atleast a screw driver..right? correct me if im wrong..
Use Discharge rod / earthing rod for eathing before maintenance work.

Reactor ya resistor. Resister voltage ko balance maintene rakhta hai or equally discharge karta hai.
