Honestly, no one deserved to win this game. Canucks had all the momentum in the first and just forgot how to play defense, while the Habs blew the 4 goal lead in the third. Both goalies were bad and defense was terrible. But in the end, someone had to win. Just goes to show that both teams still have some rebuilding the do. Would be nice to have Connor Bedard on your team moving forward.
As a goalie, I gotta say, that was just miserable goaltending, on so many levels. Just embarrassing. Not just the the failed pass, but the delayed reaction, tapping the puck *back* in the wrong directions afterwards, the horribly slow jaunt back to the front of the net, and that terrible attempt at a save. Bruh. You're in the NHL.
I love this canucks team. This is a team that can be built around ..they are finding their heart, their grit, their aggressiveness, talent and skill...and teamwork lol of course. The young guys coming into the lineup is very exciting to see. Patience Canucks fans. I think we are the right track here. 👍 jMO lol🤷😊
