We guess so xD We've been working in this field for almost 10 years, and gear comes and goes along the way. What we use now has built up over the last few years. Never judge a book by its cover ;) The GF lens is a 32-64mm F4 tho!
I really love your videos. However, please note, for all watching, that fasting is not a necessary part of a healthy life. You can be healthy and not engage in fasting rituals. As a nurse, I'd say that intermittent fasting is really only best for young adults who are full of vitality and strength to endure prolonged time without eating. Fasting intermittently and *especially* exercising on an empty stomach is not advisable for the elderly or people with certain health conditions. It's best to consult with your physician first before deciding to do intermittent fasting or fasting of any kind. Nutritionally, I'd say that breakfast is one of the most important meals of the day precisely *because* you are "breaking the fast" so it's important to make sure that it is nutritious and well-rounded with all essential macronutrients such as fats, proteins, and carbohydrates. With love, thank you again for such beautiful videos! I thought it was best to say this because your statements about "off-loading your system" or "breakfast isn't important" are misleading and run contrary to the science. Sorry for the brutal honestly. All the best and please don't stop making videos!!!
Thank you so much for your kind words and for taking the time to share your perspective. :) We truly appreciate your insights, especially with your background as a nurse. It's always valuable to have diverse viewpoints in the conversation, especially on topics as personal and varied as health and fitness. We agree that fasting, like any lifestyle choice, isn't one-size-fits-all. What works well for some might not be suitable for others, particularly those with specific health conditions or different life stages. Our intention is to share information and experiences that have worked for us and others in our environment and to share another perspective contrary to science and western school medicine, but we fully understand and respect that different approaches work for different people. Thank you again for your thoughtful comment and for being a part of this community. Wishing you all the best! 💌
We're like an older version of this couple in our mid 50s except we cut out all the grains and eat much more proteins and im going to highly disagree with this. Weve been on this lifestyle now 15 years and it's basically saved my wifes life and completely reversed her diabetes 13 years ago. Breakfast is terrible for your body and absolutely not necessary. We've been doing regular 24 hour fasts for over a decade now and im far healthier now than I was in my 20s when I was overweight and tired all the time. I would just advise this lovely couple to mention in their videos they are not doctors and not giving medical advice so someone can't sue them.
Sure, but it's also important for everyone to do their own research, consider different perspectives, and if needed, consult with professionals before making any changes to their health routines. Any information should be valuable and nothing should be censored since there is not one fixed path everyone should walk on. We also know that we are no health specialists and we didn't make any health advice. Our perspective could simply be a life advice. Thank you for this conversation 💌

We tend to eat less meat in general. But no such thing that we call or categorise ourselves with.

@@WhoIsSerafin I can appreciate your personal success story, but it's not a one-size-fits-all deal. All the best!
I would seriously caution you guys from advising on nutrition
