hopefully Nintendos Lawyers are to busy with suing PalWorld for hurting Nintendos feelings that they won't strike this game down in the matter of seconds
dude they should just hire the maker
Dont think Nintendo gonna do anything since maker isn't making any money off of this . ROM Hacks have existed for forever and they haven't gone against them either
"nInTeNdO bAd" , yet here you are enjoying something only possible due to a timeless classic they created. Dude have some respect. Palworld is a shameless rip off and asset flip. It had it coming. This is a free ROM hack. Nintendo isn't going to touch it.
Don't be dramatic.
@@nerdsferatuskeep3902 Palworld is being sued for game mechanic patent (which is just dumb) and not for designs and assets
And most people do have respect for Nintendo's games and dev teams but their legal team can suck ass honestly
@@nerdsferatuskeep3902 Imagine being so confident and not even knowing the details of what you're talking about. Palworld is not being sued for ANY copyright violations which is what you're talking about. Hmmmmmm, WONDER why? Oh, right, cause there's zero proof they actually used Nintendo assets? How about that one.
Like, Nintendo makes good games but being a fanboy for companies who don't give a shit about you is never very smart.
17:09 "nothing here"
my man there's a corpse lmao
This comment made my day
Seeing the magic cape get left behind was nearly as gut wrenching as the wishing pond incident 😂😂 good run regardless!
Sooo many mistakes lol
Nah it sucks. Dev screwed up the last boss by making your entire run irrelevent when trying to beat it. Removes your entire inventory in a gotcha moment and he won't change it.
Thats the black eye of the game... mimics life and death, nothing matters
@@dr.magneto5341 I PLAY GAME TO ESCAPE REALITY GOD DAMN IT, NOT BE REMINDED OF IT REEEEEEE
So much pain at the wishing pond. 😅
I am VERY frustrated by this.
Calling rupees dollars pains me
What a fantastic throwback. You can beat it, I believe in you!
Zelda: A Link in the Description
Great use of the pots! 😮
Is this a new run after the one with the copyrighted silence? Or was that for a different game LMFAO
You know I've never played even a single Zelda game. Maybe I'll just start here, eh? :D
I managed to fix the copyright claim with some editing tricks basically, there might be like 10 seconds in the video where it randomly cuts out lol.
@@Haelian all's well that ends well I guess :P
Fuck these copyright trolls regardless lol
@@justarandomdood youre a fucking 🤡 if you make this your first zelda experience
Wishing Pond Fail...brutal.
Looks like great game but why wouldn’t the creator call the main character zedra or something to avoid the Nintendo hammer
Pretty sure that wouldn't be enough to avoid the blatant use of Nintendo's assets.
No def not. Lol
Where is this at?
You are the 4th person i saw try this? I like your content an i love loz
This game is so fun! Bet nintendo is gonna remove it soon though. :( The interact button is also a run button, so backtracking is faster if you run :P
OHHHH
This needs to be ported to android or be played through an emulator as well
I throws away the LttP feel pretty early (it relies on the sprites, tileset, and music to draw you in), and as far as I've heard the last boss is garbage (at least for a rogue-lite) and the dev has no plans to change it.
I got to agahnim on my second try, had a god run. But man, that boss is bullshit.
Add it to the pile on top of Pal world
This just makes me wanna play Link to the Past, it's like playing the roguelike but without annoying inventory management. I'll never understand why people add inventory management to games
try RE4. havent played the remake but if you dont *get* inventory management after the original, its a skill issue
Because the point of roguelikes is making the most of limited resources
this is gonna get taken down by nintendo so fast just because they used the game assets.
A very stuffy game
The ice orbs are actually really strong. They freeze every enemy the explosion touches, and the explosion radius is rather large. Once frozen, it takes just one hit to shatter them.
shame. this game couldve been so much better.
since this is free (and I assume not making money from people playing this), shouldn't Nintendo leave this alone?
the thing is, nintendo can say that this game that is free is taking money away from us indirectly because consumer is not buying our product and is instead playing the free game. so people that have never played zelda could play this game. It is also stealing nintendo's art-style and stuff. so they can also take down the game based off copyright. like we own the art of this game so it is our now. stuff like that.
More of this, please!
fantastic video, hope to see more Zelda runs, it suits your style very well
Hope to see more!
Between this and pokerogue, Nintendo rogue like fans are eating good these days
Download it quickly before Nintendo shuts it down
One of my favourite games this was wh3n it come out on the SNES all those years ago
Try ruins of tasos
if you charge your sword you can hit it against the wall and it should make a hollow sound if its a bombable wall or at least it did in the original game
You can't charge your sword in this one unfortunately
Damn hael, what's that music playing in the background at the very start of the video? Sounds like John Cage to me
@@MrSupahlovah It's the Fairy Fountain Theme for Zelda games since Link to the Past (or maybe even earlier I'm not sure)
Edit: that tasty measured walk through the arpeggios kinda does show echoss of Hunt but that feels like the wrong angle.
Koji Konda composed the games music and seemingly integrated western concepts into his eastern musical foundation. I kinda hear Hunt does the opposite by integrating eastern ideas into a western foundation but I'm not exactly a musical scholar or anything
hey alright here it is
This is really refined. Im kinda surprised nintendo hasnt seized it or made an offer on it to capitalize on the roguelike popularity going on right now.
@@michaelsinnreich6626 Nintendo doesn’t have ANY experience with recruiting fans who make successful projects using Nintendo IP
If Nintendo just let fan projects thrive it would only help their games become more popular.
