The Fool is not stupid. Ignorance belongs to the immature Magician. The Fool simply proceeds in a desired direction without all the information, compensating with openness, hope and the belief that they have skills and experience which will see them through their journey.
@@nobodynowhere21 he means the immature manifestation of the magician archetype (one of two negative poles arising from a failure to healthily integrate the archetype).
I have had this fool experience. At a certain point in my life I was mentally and spiritually under attack. I was in a really dark place until I started to let my intuition take over. My personality shifted and my whole manner of interaction with my illwishers changed to the point of me wondering what the hell I was doing. I felt I was being manipulative to the point of feeling bad about it, but in hindsight I was countermanipulating other people's manipulations. I found I was fighting chaos with chaos and it cleared a path to safety.
Also, if this sounds like a victory to anyone, it wasn't. It was a stalemate at best. Becoming what I can only describe as a sociopath on autopilot is a scary, damaging experience and even if it brought balance to a nasty situation I really don't want to ever have to go through this again.
@@speedysandisk78 no it’s, wish you could share the details, I just dealt with a situation as just recently where I was being moved to do the same thing and I didn’t do it to the degree in which I could’ve but I overall still got some victory it’s just i realized how hard it was to maneuver to ‘counter’ the manipulater under certain conditions
Just healed from this same situation brother. Met a woman who called herself a “mentor” but used her powers to manipulate my mind. Survived the warfare thankfully but it took almost a year of mental battles to realize that none of the thoughts I had were even my own. She was envious of me (pure heart of God)
Pedro: Were those illwishers private individuals, health-care workers or some au.thority officials? Were they in power positions over you, or did you have your property and legal rights etc safe? Could you tell me why you decided to manipulate back, what you did, and how, please? A clear picture of it all?Was it within the accepted, or did you hurt them, as in vengeance? I learnt that narcissists and psychopaths mustn't be provoked, called out and held responsible, which I did, out of too deep and much stress exhaustion and multi-harmed to be able to choose how I behaved, except for being straight forward/sincere., and in self-defense. I thought that oif they harmed me because they sensed I was in weak energy and lacked the self-confidence needed in the belly to defend myself, I would get out of the abuse by showing the courage to call their harm out, say that I got harmed by them and that it was not OK, and tell them to stop and correct. It worked with the Narcissist at first, (she said she got scared when I was angry and that she loved me!) But then she turned evil again, threatening. so I feared for my life in severe, fatal other mistreatment. The Psychopaths never reacted other than doing small wicked, ugly things on me, which had bigger impact because of the long-term duration and that I was already being harmed by health-care for many years, then even had my home, rights and money taken away from me.The one psychopath was a psychiatrist, the other the chairman of a society for social and mental health, and he claimed to want to help people legally advising...I tried to evoke respect and that I am someone to reckon with, but have for some reason failed. Probably because lacking integrity of my different inner parts(Healthy and wounded, mind and instincts/heart etc), and that energy. I should very much appreciate it if you would please explain what you thought would help you, why, and how it went. I have sensed that I have become dark, hardened, and can behave wicked, harsh, ruthless (not in any really harmful way, more verbally) out of being harmed. (I have researched what it is and why it happens, since it was concerning and I didn't recognize myself.I knew that depression can have such numbing, deadening effect on the soul- and body functions). - Hope this is OK.
Many years ago I read "the well intentioned fool, carrying his bag of errors, blind to the danger around him, protected by an unseen force." I laughed out loud. That's my life experience.
It puts you into a state where nothing matters in a good way. You truly don't give a shit about anything and you're just happy as fuck as a result, because nothing matters. Nothing matters, nothing means anything, there's nothing to do, there's no point, there's no goal but there's also no boredom, there's no negative meanings attached to the meaninglessness, it's just perfectly meaningless and it's awesome. You're basically just like sitting like a cat on a windowsill enjoying whatever experience is before it, just being and it feels amazing. 🦄

A wise man disguised as a fool is like superman disguised as clark kent- a meek, frail, unhandsome version of himself. He get to see the real side of other people that would have been hidden had he revealed himself as superman.
Yes but if it is a Wise Fool then it doesn’t hinge its values on the impressions of others and gets everything it wants. It’s more powerful than the ‘responsible’ archetypes for this reason. It informs the ones who know and have a sense of humour.
Superman’s red cape is actually a symbol of him shrouding himself as a fool. (exposing the corruption and hidden foolishness of the rulers of the world. Reflecting it back at them)
It's the wise man that is foolish for having such disdain and irregard to ever denounce such a thing so when a fool pronounces it upon himself he is a wise man
Superman is himself a fool, he gets deceived and victimised, as Jesus Christ lacked prudence so he was a fool, and made the world think he was a sage, only a fool with no good sense or a fool with no prudence would even contemplate autism and act like everyone has to agree with all their autistic beliefs, it's equally foolish if I talk with an autistic person if they're difficult to explain the problem to when their foolishness escalates into pride, thinking that in all rebellion against a contrary opinion that they're so great, do you see where this is coming from?: that's how schizophrenia starts: from doing indecent activity in the first place which is what everyone else sees and thinking yourself so wonderful, so great and so good, so in a sense schizophrenics are fools.
The fool is open-minded where others are obstructed by conditioning. In the Tarot, the Fool is the zero. This is the most interesting number because on the one hand it represents nothingness and on the other hand it exponentially amplifies other numbers and represents everything.
And in the ayahuasca journey you realize the path leads to nothingness which is the ultimate stage. Like a blank canva that invites everything in, without conditions
I'll be honest that comment is non sensical at best. If you can't change how you feel yet you can change how you act or respond either you are saying you can't act or respond with true intent or infact you can change how you feel or that you simply shouldn't be trying to act or respond to that something at all.
@@apocalypticdaze2139 Let’s say, for example, after several hours of failed attempts you’re finally one hit away from beating Maelania, arguably the hardest boss in the game, Elden Ring, but, if she hits you one more time, you will die and have to start all over again, but you still have one healing flask left. Right now you’re probably feeling very anxious and afraid and think, if you don’t win right now, you might have to play several more hours, before you get another shot like this. The fear is there, but how you handle the situation is entirely up to you. Do you risk it all and go for the final blow? Do you attempt to gain some distance to take your last healing potion so you can survive at least two hits? Or do you quickly try to equip your sacrificial twig, ensuring your death, but at least you’ll respawn with all of your runes and will be able to level up your stats before challenging her again, and after leveling up you may decide to put the game down for tonight and try again tomorrow. Also, sorry if you haven’t played Elden Ring, this is the best example I could think of.

I'm talking about a robust deeply sophisticated notion of hallucination. Hallucinations that are so real you cannot distinguish them from reality. Hallucinations that are so mesmerizing that... Imagine that you started imagining that you were a trickster and you just sat there day after day after day imagining that you were a trickster and you imagined it so much that you literally became a trickster and you could not remember anymore that you were ever a human. That's the kind of power of imagination that I'm talking about. Well, let me tell you, hallucinations, they're tremendous. Nobody hallucinates like me, believe me. I have the best hallucinations, the most realistic hallucinations you've ever seen. People come up to me all the time, they say, "Donald, how do you do it?" And I tell them, "It's all up here," pointing to my head. And let me tell you, when I imagine something, it becomes real. I once imagined I was the greatest president ever, and look where I am now! So, folks, never underestimate the power of imagination, because with a little imagination, anything is possible.
The Foolish One He was a man of great intellect, but little common sense. He stumbled through life, making one foolish decision after another, much to the amusement of those around him. Despite his many mistakes, he remained optimistic and good-natured, always believing that tomorrow would be a better day. As he grew older, his foolishness only seemed to increase. He would often find himself in ridiculous situations, such as getting lost in his own neighborhood or accidentally setting his clothes on fire. But still, he persisted, never giving up on his dreams or losing faith in himself. One day, he met a woman who saw past his foolishness and loved him for who he was. Together, they embarked on a journey of self-discovery, learning to navigate the world and make better decisions. Despite his many flaws, the Foolish One taught those around him an important lesson: that it's never too late to change and grow, and that even the most foolish among us has the potential to become wise.
Like I completely understand you, these archetypes are 5D conceptual entities one can invite into their body and in turn embody. But I have always been this concept my whole life. But now as an adult I now embody the concepts/archetypes of the brother, father and husband on top of many others.
The amount of times I have been labeled a "fool" or someone who lives in a "fantasy world", it used to weigh heavy on me. But with age and maturity, I have noticed my words to start ringing in the ears. My actions to start trends. The music is finally being heard. I'm building a community that I believe can be an independent system upon itself. One that is free of long weighted debts, and allows for a mix of old and new traditions. So people can seek the answers they are needing out of life. Mine are different from yours. My idea will buy you time to figure it out. Repressing who you are, will only hurt you. Yes, we have responsibility. But we also have OUR will. YOUR will. When you die, people won't remember you for what you didn't do... but what you accomplished in this life. A lot of people are fed into a system that could potentially reward them, but more likely than not will see them falling between the cracks. I see value in the "trash" people throw away. People are my early 19th century oil. Those who know their history will understand what that means.
Based on not being there ' I know nothing about history ' seems you have a good idea - we can only change our own lives and be the example and take action - role models with good intentions know the risks of suffering assumptive fools - all any one really has in this life is hope .

I don't comment really on things but I very much identify with this archetype. More so, I really appreciate how u deliver the concept. It reminds me that individuation must happen on one's own terms and whatever it may look like to all the gawking onlookers is for the most part inconsequential to the process and the freedom one pursues. "let me help you, or you'll surely drown in there" said the monkey to the fish as he plucked him from the murky waters. I'm paraphrasing that last bit also I dunno where I heard it. Anyways.. Beautiful picture and content .These Jung archetypes are definitely a good resource for better mind mastery . Happy to find this channel that explores undying content beyond the superficial mainstream culture . Brave work . The picture is also very interesting . It reveals to me six interessting parts of the trickster : 1) The backdoor room can be seen as the subconscious elements of the mind , which the trickster is going to bring about to give stuck situations a new liberating twist. He has an entrance to this place just be intuition , he does not need to be in there . 2) The shadow of the trickster : the trickster might just have manipulate a situation to his favour or he might just have taken the people in the backdoor room for a ride out of bordom and now he sits there totally careless , already planing another move , maybe half unconscious move - what brings him closer to the devil - the manipulater . 3)The painter really cared for every single detail : even his feet show how he brings about chaos : they screw up the pattern the carpet has layed on the floor . 4) How he brings together his hands show : Left and right brain parts are brought to anlignment . He is calm , clear and collected . Conscious and unconsious mind support each other . 5) He is sitting there calm , maybe even introvert . He might have brought the society to a good party level , by sharing some deep insides about human nature .But deep inside , he might be the wise fool (like in shakespares novels) that knows the truce about human nature , that can only be revealed to people from time to time when they are open for it . This kind of freedom that he has achieved - not many can share it on the long term . They would have to question to many of there habits and many of their foolish values . So he can be seem as a kind of childlike ideal or idealist , who has achieved inner freedom before everyone else does . 6) Or he is just a reminder that every achieved goal brings about a dead end and we have to start new again after sometime , or we stay open witout looking for something new - and then have a good laugh with him : looking at life from the birds eye view . Thanks for posting !

My understanding is that the narrative of archetypes deals with manifestation of being and its interaction/s with/within the world. The Fool's characteristics are not motivated by any mental or intellectual idea but rather when a person manifests a certain level of being their interaction with the world changes by the virtue of that manifestation (being). From the perspective of others and this includes self observation ( self reflection, ideas about ones self, the attempt of understanding the individual-world relationship ) we can say that a persons interaction was like a fool ,clown, trickster or we may feel in self observation case that we are a fool a clown or a trickster in particular situation. This is the case because lets say... that a loving person surrounded by hateful people would be considered from their point of view as a fool for being kind. The individual however could reflect on their life and say im a fool for allowing my self to be in situation im taken advantage of. And we can give countless examples for every variation of this archetype but that is besides the point. What is relevant is the manifestation of being or just the being that is living is what is important and not the understanding/experience of what is going on. The relevance of archetypes is not that it is a model of behavior or a strategy one can adopt to further his goals, rather what is relevant is to point out that anything that manifests be it what happens to us, our behavior, feelings or understanding is of a relationship like that of a floor and feet. Because floors exist feet also exist. The floor or a foot is irrelevant what is relevant is the being. The point of archetypes is to give us confidence that everything is all right no matter where we are in the circle. And the ladder that becomes a circle is nothing other than being. The point of intuition and spontaneity is to show that what is relevant is the being not the doing or receiving. Our inability to accept that everything is fine is what is creating the unendurable in suffering. Every seeker on the quest to end suffering eventually finds out true trial and error that there is no end to suffering and that suffering is meaningless. At that point the person is left with nothing to cling to and has a choice of accepting just being and as a consequence of that stability in being losing his identity but renaming alive OR accepting the world and just living his life until death. The experience of being stable in just being can not be described in the same manner that no word can describe directly what is there when a given space is empty. So it is like something but you can not know what it is before hand. * Don't mistaken being with feelings that arise in the body and that includes feeling alive. There is no way to experience being... it sounds confusing but it is not something that can be experienced. The best way to approach being is by accepting that everything is good and all right even tho your current experience is what ever it is. There is no choice in just being so therefore there is no doing or a doer and because we already are being by virtue of existing what you call as im living my life is just a happening like a movie in a theater. It is not that Ego needs to end ets... but all rdy there is no ego. If you take the analogy of ,in a universe were floors exists feet will natural develop and not fish gills, to the extreme of going over all of the implications of all phenomena you can see how everything can exist by virtue of dependent origination and the creator or a doer is not needed. You have already arrived!!! Everything is good and all right. There is nothing for you to do other than enjoying the flow. And things will unfold like they always have without anyone's control. Good analogy is that of an SUPER IMAX theater in witch you can feel everything the actors feel. If you know this than its irrelevant if you watch a horror movie or a love story. Peace comes from being despite the movie that is going on and not from changing or ending or achieving something.
To be the fool. You must see through everything and give it time long enough and they gonna call you crazy and a fool because the way you look and dress. Not the way you see things because they are blind to what you can see. Super sanity is what it call.

I think most still absolutely miss the core nature of the fool. Both these examples are truly comedy gold.. to the fool. Firstly a narcissistic shadow puppet built on a foundation of deep rooted fear, self delusion, self loathing, held up by their puppeteers, on and on and on.. The fool in contrast is aware of their fears, aware of the ludicrous nature of it all, humbled by their own and the worlds insanity, intrinsically striving always for their free-dom, unique, creative, masterless, honest with themselves, able to manipulate their surroundings but from playfulness and not with an intent for manipulation over others. That is weakness and folly to the fool. The Bridge between the fool and narcissism is indeed laced with many learnings but the fool will always and eventually see through all illusions and its deluded minions.
@@apocalypticdaze2139 I have no idea what this narrative with puppets and puppeteers is about, but otherwise you pretty accurately described Russell Brand before and after the massive change he went through. But it isn't black and white - the evidence of his comedic brilliance abounds also from the times he may have been a total mess otherwise. Loads of examples right here on YT Every archetype has a shadow side, and both sides of the polarity are always present, even if they're not manifest. If you hold the elevated version of any such archetypal character on a pedestal as the "real" one - as per your comment praising the positive aspects of the fool - you're missing half of the equation.

I have a huge wisdom that may come from above, I believe its not mine because i can understand things i never learned but quickly can identify what i am seeing. Its like a telekenesis i feel everybody and see myself in everyones shoes. I walk in room and everyone becomes uncomfortable there s a quite spirituality everyone is experiencing around me. I feel it and see it!
Judgement requires understanding... Ya no? We barely understand ourselves haha even if we'd like to think we do. What made me comfortable yesterday doesn't always stay that way. It's the belief of stability that gives rise to the "fool" there is no fool. That discomfort isn't more than change. "Change is." When we discover something that literally never changes that's the real fool.... Permeance is the illness that ravages the mind of the weak. It's the reason people do as they're told. If you obey things won't change..... There's the joke! Am I making sense or am I just a fool?
Can’t expect common sense from a society that runs for cover when they hear common denominator…this is what 13 years of teaching Euclidean Geometry taught me 😅
think in some societies the playing the part of a fool might have been and maybe is part of a teaching tool in some schools of higher learning. If you go to a place where everyone is missing a leg, it’s wise to behave as though you have non. idk why but was thinking of the blameworthy ones.. these are high ranked and they are able to go into a very negatively charged context and take it on.. something that would seriously harm/damage most of us. take it on and neutralize and ground it without being effected.
The Fool as shown in the Tarot especially the tarocchi of Mantegna & the Marseilles is Diogenes, the stick or long spoon on the wrong shoulder, cuts off the head or face from the dog attacking his backside, demonstrating the Cynics adiaphora or indifference to the vicissitudes of life, the symbol is a self-reference in that a card has a face & a backside, & Diogenes in that his visit to the Delphic oracle (Know thyself) determined his path to life.
Excellent video thank you… informative and on point as far as the fool archetype has influenced my life (in no small way.) much more interesting experience than cyclical repression and depression I think. 😂👏👏
8:02 ItsSo interesting, I use Tarot from time to time but I don't have much interest into it. So it's very strange that I felt this video pull to me. But I understand why now. My Baseline nature is the fool, and it takes alot of energy to repress that urge. Im at the point where like you said deep depression where I cant hold it back anymore, like physically cant! The anger, the resentment of wanting to be like everyone else who seem to function so much more easily in this world. Work a job for 10 years before they start to really resent it lmao. Spirit is so funny to bring me here.
I know I'm a fool, I lack judgment, but it's very wise of me to do so. Wisdom is suspending judgment and attaining ataraxia (peace of mind) and therefore wisdom is prudence, not the other way around. Everyone has always for 37 years known me to be a fool, I wasn't made wise overnight.
So…I have a question, am I supposed to put aside morality and just embrace the chaos and deterioration of the math curriculum because I really feel that there should be a basic level taught to the youth? I am lost watching other teachers just passing kids all the way through 12th grade that still don’t know 7x8 without a calculator??? I believe that basic math skills are the foundation of rational thinking…so, idk, I just quit because I think it’s wrong and they can barely spell…I guess that’s why they all do the ttyl, idgaf, lol. I need to abandon judging people??? So hard, when it’s basic math….but who is really gaining from a generation that will be in debt by the age of 20?
Well this archetype is something that’s completely grasped me and I’m heavily under the influence of this and the worst part is I’m running away from all the chaos and problems cause I don’t know how to face all of this anymore. And even worse it just gets worse as I’m not facing my own darks shadow and repressing it heavily

That’s a really eye opening testimonial
- Hope this is OK.

i know this to be true but i've just begone to understand why this is
It puts you into a state where nothing matters in a good way.

The fool sounds like a major stoic. It reminds us that we can’t change how we feel, but we can change how we act and respond to any situation.

The Foolish One
He was a man of great intellect, but little common sense.

Glad to have found your channel
Beautiful picture and content .These Jung archetypes are definitely a good resource for better mind mastery .
Happy to find this channel that explores undying content beyond the superficial mainstream culture . Brave work .
The picture is also very interesting . It reveals to me six interessting parts of the trickster :
1) The backdoor room can be seen as the subconscious elements of the mind , which the trickster is going to bring about to give stuck situations a new liberating twist.
6) Or he is just a reminder that every achieved goal brings about a dead end and we have to start new again after sometime , or we stay open witout looking for something new - and then have a good laugh with him : looking at life from the birds eye view .

you've come across my feed at just the right time in my life. thank you for posting the video. am subscribed. something about your voice is soothing and calming. I can trust you is how your voice sounds. 🤓😄
Peace comes from being despite the movie that is going on and not from changing or ending or achieving something.
thank you dude

Shut up ! You fool...
To be the fool. You must see through everything and give it time long enough and they gonna call you crazy and a fool because the way you look and dress. Not the way you see things because they are blind to what you can see. Super sanity is what it call.
The fool is an expression of faith and intuition. The fool expresses always in the herenow.

Whoever you are; this video is genius. You just explained the last 30 years of my life. How do I move on?
I assume it's common for scapegoats to evolve into tricksters
You have peeked my interest could you elaborate?
Yeah, please elaborate.

Why?
@@andrewlittles4403 A scapegoat is a human who is shown little to no affection and appreciation. Due to lack of respect he plays the role of a clown who is accepted as long as he entertaining to others.
Loved the narrators voice in presenting this wisdom. Delightful…..no fooling!
I've never been happier to feel like a fool
Very good. 🌹
"a fool " is lonely and depressing place and it is easy to hurt others and become distracted if you are not focused and have 100% controll over your own emotions you must keep morales yet not let others guide your thoughts
This is really helpful, thanks.
You nailed it!!!
I'm an Aries, and I definitely relate to this energy. It really resonated with me about getting bored and becoming rebellious. I have seen that play out many times in my life. I've been in a "stable" phase of life but feel like my every day is so repetitive and monotonous, I can feel the need to switch things up rising.
The Fool/Trickster in astrology is associated with the sign of Gemini. Aries would be more of a lonewolf/warrior type.
You sound bipolar
Every now and then there's someone playing out the archetype of the Fool on a global stage... The best contemporary example I can think of is Russell Brand, back in his wild years. Also a perfect example of a perceived Fool evolving into something completely different
edit typo
George W Bush was a good one. He had everyone convinced he was a buffoon. Meanwhile he was making power moves.
Loads of examples right here on YT
Every archetype has a shadow side, and both sides of the polarity are always present, even if they're not manifest. If you hold the elevated version of any such archetypal character on a pedestal as the "real" one - as per your comment praising the positive aspects of the fool - you're missing half of the equation.
I really needed this
My life path # is 11 and my past life memory is of being a jester. This is perfect 👌 resonating like crazy. Control that kundalini.
Update: The secret is to get off the path (the heros journey/wheels on the bus) and be zen/enlightened! Also, shadow integration happens when you turn suffering into humor.
If any of you are on the path of the fool / the heros journey, look up the ZEN PRINCIPLES. Theyll help

The study of archetypal behavior through tarot cards. Natural patterns in human behavior.
The fool is my favorite lie. My favorite persona to project to others. Especially when my personality type is INTJ.
Another commenter touched on this.. interesting that the fool card strongly resembles the hermit card. As if there is a highly likely transition from the fool to the hermit.
{edit} Or likely transition from hermit to fool as you described. (squeal!)
Seems i can describe the indescribable to people.
Awesome explanation, this is exactly the sign I was looking for ❤
Judgement requires understanding...
Can’t expect common sense from a society that runs for cover when they hear common denominator…this is what 13 years of teaching Euclidean Geometry taught me 😅
Coming from a fool, never knew I was til now, but trust it’s better than you think after the pain fades
think in some societies the playing the part of a fool might have been and maybe is part of a teaching tool in
some schools of higher learning.
If you go to a place where everyone is missing a leg, it’s wise to behave as though you have non.
idk why but was thinking of the blameworthy ones..
these are high ranked and they are able to go into a very negatively charged context and take it on..
something that would seriously harm/damage most of us.
take it on and neutralize and ground it
without being effected.

I know I'm a fool, I lack judgment, but it's very wise of me to do so. Wisdom is suspending judgment and attaining ataraxia (peace of mind) and therefore wisdom is prudence, not the other way around. Everyone has always for 37 years known me to be a fool, I wasn't made wise overnight.
any man who says to himself that he is wise will never be truly wise
That was good. Thank you 😊
Well this archetype is something that’s completely grasped me and I’m heavily under the influence of this and the worst part is I’m running away from all the chaos and problems cause I don’t know how to face all of this anymore.
And even worse it just gets worse as I’m not facing my own darks shadow and repressing it heavily
