    Thank you for posting the video, I did a "cracking" job plastic welding my camry 2013 side skirt due to going over a high curb, the tips and equipments suggested in your video are right on the money which saved me lots of time and effort and money. Thank you. And Very good sense of humour too...."No cracking jokes.............."

    Nice one again. Plastic welding is superior plastic repair for some type of plastics. Soon i must repair 2 inch crack in my fr bumper. But im more used to adhesive method of plastic repair because its appliable to all plastic material(but sometimes needs adhesion promotor beneath.) not to mention a structural plastic adhesive used to make my own plastic tabs for headlight. but for future bumper repair especially cracks. i would try plastic welding. did you like the welder? i think it did the job great. no need for fancy expensive one. Cheers

      Yes, I loved the welder, I got the expensive one because I plan to do a lot of different repairs, but I got a cheap Harbor Freight one too.

    What's the white reinforcement strip that you put after plastic welding the fiber glass onto called? Nice work

      It's just filler plastic that came with the kit.

    did you know adding baking soda to superglue right after you apply glue sprinkle baking soda on it hardens crazy glue faster & stronger Ive done it for a lot of repairs

      Yes, it makes for a very strong repair and I also use that in many applications, very good tip, thank you.
