Saif really suffered a lot. There was a time when he was in the news either for trouble dating the wrong women or ending up in the hospital because of his serious health issues. He bounced back just before Kareena Arrived in his life and the maturity and intellect he reflects now was hidden from the world for so long. Kareena has been very supportive of him.
