My initial reaction to Wolf's No. 1 shot was, "That's No. 1?" Then I watched it again and realized he's not a lefty. That's ridiculous.
I don't think places matter here, it looks like random.
thank you for making me realize it was lefty i was pissed that it was No. 1 until I saw this comment
Left handed forhand
Exact the same here lol
Gaston's reaction after that backspin drop shot is iconic🤣
Honestly shoulda made top 3
@rafaundisputedgoat4291 me I volunteer I accept your challenge, I shall elect djokovic to represent me
@@tennisbutshorts or even 1st actually.
@@damarfadlan9251 I would agree but wolfs shot has never been done and probably never will be again so it’s pretty tough competition
Hurkacz is so underrated this year how many unbelievable shots he made wow
he kinda reminds me of medvedev in a way in which his strokes are kinda weird but the guy pulls off some of the craziest shots yet rarely is his shotmaking talked about. meddy obviously on another level but both don't really get their fair share and respect in that way. both two of the most talented players on tour easily.
He isn't underrated, he is just inconsistent. His serve is also kinda a crutch that he needs to win a match. If he doesn't hit 20 aces he won't win against anyone in the top 10.
@@AnthonyHirsch I wouldn't say medvedev is in another level, specially if we consider this season. Hurcakz has also won the matches he played against medvedev this year and won in 2021 aswell, at wimblendom.
@@henriquedantas8444 yea no Im a fan of hurkacz but I disagree, Medvedev is easily one of the best three, four players in the world and there is no argument you can make of this kind for hubi; meddy is just unbeatable except by the top top guys when he plays his best. I also rate hubi highly but I think he's more of a solid player almost always beating the players below him but he doesn't really have a solid enough forehand or the weapons to really get past that, besides simply being a bit dangerous to everyone on tour. Meddy comes in with high high chances against everyone cause he's not just solid or dangerous, he plays one of the highest levels in the world consistently and is the challenge for any player- hubi can be that but not to Meddy's level and certainly doesn't do it as considtently. Meddy is another level above, hubi can challenge him tho there's no doubt I always enjoy their matches.
atp needs to release a full match or at least extended highlights of that Alcaraz v Kecmanovic match from Miami. That was probably the best non big 3 bo3 match ever.
Miami open 2013 final Murray vs Ferrer is probably better
Murray robredo valencia 2014 maybe
Murray raonic atp finals 2016
Nishikori monfils rogers cup 2017
Tsitsipas vs thiem atp finals 2019
Thiem vs Medvedev atp finals 2020
Medvedev Hurkacz rogers cup 2021
Medvedev Monfils Indian Wells 2022
@@robinsoncruise2228 what was so good about Medvedev Monfils? From what I remember, Medvedev basically collapsed from at least the middle of the second set, and the third set was 6-1
They know what they're doing over there, they're saving it for when the time comes to hype up the tournament, usually just before it starts this year. Wouldn't be surprised if they do just that, especially with Carlos likely coming back around then
Yes mate, I thought that it’s only mine opinion))
100% the most breathtaking match without big 3 I’ve ever seen
JJ Wolf's celebration after that left handed forehand winner reminded me of Rafa during 2005-2008 era.
Merry Christmas everyone 😀💕
@@rafaundisputedgoat4291 Is it some sort of juju that will help Rafa win the AO 2023? Like you need to keep spamming the same comment over & over again in every single tennis related video in order for Rafa to win?
If yes, I'm all for it! Keep going brother 🙌🏻
Let's go for some pointless info: Alcaraz has the most hot shots with 8. Behind him is a tie between Paul, Hurkacz and Musetti with 5. Then with 4, another tie between Medvedev, Djokovic and Kyrgios. 4th place is no different: RBA, Monfils, Fritz, Rublev and Nadal (last year's champ) with 3.
As for he losing side, Tsitsipas is the biggest punching bag with 6, scoring only 1 miserable hot shot. Ruud and Hurkacz worked like hell but couldn't manage to avoid 4 hot shots on them. An absurd tie on 3rd place: Alcaraz, Kyrgios, Djoko, Davidovich Fokina, Fritz, Rune, De Minaur all with 3 appearances.
Musetti has the most perfect record with 5/0, then Medvedev with 4/0 and Rublev with 3/0. Alcaraz also has a positive record (8/3) and Paul with 5/2.
As for the other side of this spectrum, Andujar, Coria and Norrie only showed up twice on the losing side, meanwhile Davidovich Fokina at least got one hot shot (1/3 record). But no one compares to Baby Tsitsipas with 1/6.
😄😄
@Rafa undisputed Goat welcome back buddy, missed you the past month, havent had enough spam in my diet
always love me some punching bag tsitsipas 🤣
Alcaraz have like 3-4 more hotshots from Grand slams
Every year I always wait for these amazing tennis tv videos!
the level reached is unbelievable. and the best is: so many players are capable of delivering outstanding performances these days. Excited for 2023.
How many times does kyrgios' jaw drop in this video haha
or Musetti
this aged well😂😂😂
You're spoiling us with these great compilations, thanks. Keep them coming.
#22 What a Backhand, my favourite! 25:49 🇦🇹
yesss that was great and this atmosphere!
it deserved to be in the top 10
alcaraz really is a human highlight reel, i hope he doesnt tilt like raducanu next yr
Dude, please stop comparing Alcaraz with Raducanu. Raducanu was just a one hit wonder, nothing else. Djokovic at Alcaraz' age in 2006 only won his first 250 ATP title in Amersfoort. Carlos at same age as Nole: won 2x Masters, 2x 500 titles and the US Open. Beat Nole, Rafa and Zverev back to back in Madrid and is the youngest World No.1 in tennis history ever.
Serouisly 🤔🤣 You cant compare this players . Raducanu is a one hit wonder
This should be one of the best videos of the year. Looking forward to it! I love how they have my two favorite tennis players featured: Alcaraz and Nadal. Only drawback is no Grand Slams. Alcaraz behind the back shot against Sinner at the US Open was my favorite.
Exactly, the Alcaraz back shot against Sinner at the US Open should be the shot of the year! th-cam.com/video/Wm7OqT_F3nA/w-d-xo.html
Or Alcaraz tweener lob vs Tsitsipas in Miami was one of my favorites. th-cam.com/video/oR2D1wOEzl4/w-d-xo.html
@@radieschen79 #4
@@radieschen79 Thanks so much for leaving the link. What a play! A tweener from Alcaraz, a tweener from Tsitsipas and Alcaraz finishes the point so beautifully just as he did with the behind-the-back shot against Sinner at the US Open. I love watching Alcaraz play, even if he loses. You can tell he believes in himself and fun things happen in his matches.
They can not include GS points. ATP does not organize Grand Slam tournaments
I haven't seen the video yer but the top 3 should be
1 JJ WOLF
2 Diving Volley of Tsitsipas
3 Musetti vs Fokina Hamburg/ Fognini magic shot in Bercy/ Ben Shelton Twinner
Not too far off
Thiem backhand return vs hurkacz Antwerp
Kyrgios atp highlight reel coming soon?
Some shots are a bit too high in my opinion in the ranking and some too low considering the fitness ability of couple of them or the technique needed
J'adore le top 100 de l'année
3:13 just awesome.
I have been waiting for this.
JJ for the win!!
Muchas Gracias por todo este año felices fiestas
Like 20% of these are alcaraz. Incredible
This is a good list. Always look forward to these vids, very fun to watch. And hard to put together, so many shots through the year. I will say tho one shot I myself would have put in the top 10 but I didn't see in the list was a shot that Medvedev hit against thiem in Vienna at 4-1 in the second, a forehand pass on the run that shot was insane. Other than that shot being exempt, it's a very good video. Always enjoy these
Do you know how difficult point 84 is? Amazing Mannarino
JJ wolf very deserving #1
Agree. He is right handed.
I think Fognini's shot at #80 was sensational and should have been much higher.
Who had thought hurkacz would be on here so many times lol
The only walking highlight reel that isn’t trying to be one
91 is soo underrated
For the first time did tennis tv put the best shot at the number 1 spot, you learn from your mistakes
Molcan got robbed of a top 3 shot, that clay bounce sidecar vs De Minaur was substantially more insane than almost every shot in this video
18:33 the guy with sunglass on his chest: "how dare you!"
U will do it!! We support u!!!🎉
Legendary vid!
C'est sûr que les croiser un jour restera un moment privilégié même sur court !
The kick at 17:45 was crazy
I was getting worried as the video counted down they wouldn't include Wolf's lefty forehand... Good on ya Tennis TV that one was special
just posted one of the best vids this year
last was definitively the best ;)
J.J. Wolf left-handed forehand deserve 1st Place
Wasn’t this year dumy 0:00
@@elalexis6345 yes It was dummy

Surely its alcaraz behind the back point on US Open VS Sinner but tennis tv doesnt have a rights for thst
@@elalexis6345it is
@@elalexis6345god don’t comment if you’re low on brain cells
Good stuff! I think those shots Alcaraz made at the Madrid Open should have been higher 😊.
not even one point from spectacular sinner vs alcaraz? yout got to be kidding me 😀
Yep, Alcaraz' behind the back shot vs Sinner should be shot of the year! th-cam.com/video/Wm7OqT_F3nA/w-d-xo.html
Unfortunately Tennis TV doesn't have the rights for slams.
The return at 25:00 is unreal
What about *that* match point form Novak against Medvedev in the ATP Finals, i would call it "decent" enough to make the top 100, or that insane rally where Nole won it with a running forehand in the end, or even the match point from Rublev against Medvedev also (I remember another point from that tiebreak that was also amazing). Anyways, still a good video.
Fantastique year
recap for doubles match please.. it would be so much fun
Please upload all full matches from 2022 ATP season!
Damn, subjective lists like these are insanely hard to pull off but I gotta say this is damn close to perfect!
Like Nadal or not, his shots can be pretty highlight worthy at times.
At times lol when Rafa is on it’s pretty much guaranteed highlights lol
merry christmas
Awesome
Where is Grigor Dimitrov?!?! 😂
Christmas gift 😅😍
My KING Karatsev is also here!!!
JJ wolf definitely deserved that #1 spot that's all I know.
Alcaraz No.1
#10 - the doubles players making more than 3 shots in a row should be in top-3))
E
28:03 best face 2022
16:55 who won that point?
Still waiting for the fastest shots of the year video
What about the Murray Kokkinakis point?
Where are Hurkacz's diving volleys from Halle?
Hurkacz in so many of these
8 and 4
NEW SEASON STARTE TMRW
Thanks! Now make a video from grand slams🙏🏽
They can`t do that
@@dochmaminoypodrugi56 lol 'we dont do that here' if you get it....
@Rafa undisputed Goat 🤡🤡🤡
you might wanna add "without Grand Slams"
Grand slams aren’t ATP events so when it says “2022 ATP season” they’re essentially saying “no grand slams”
@Rafa undisputed Goat Rafa wont even get far enough to face Nole lol dont hate the messenger
@@zachstyles4378 makes no sense, why does the official ATP ranking then include grand slams, pleasse fact-check first

Oh my God
Why no Slam points?
Perchè non ci sono punti degli Slam?
Why no grand slam footage??
MONFILS IS ALWAYS ON FIRE!!!!!😝❤🔥❤🔥❤🔥❤🔥
Carreño bustas should not have been 2. I have never hit a tweener in a live match but have hit lobs while facing the fence many many times.
There are 2 guys on tour that you have to call Sonic to beat then on the run: De Minaur and Alcaraz are two MF arrows!
Where is Djokovic vs Sinner on Wimbledon ??
Where is Alcaraz' behind the back shot vs Sinner which should be shot of the year? th-cam.com/video/Wm7OqT_F3nA/w-d-xo.html
Dude, Tennis TV doesn't have the rights for slams, there's your explanation.
And this is why they are on Tour and 99% of us.... never were.
No entiendo por qué no incluyen a los grand slam los mejores puntos incluyen a todos los torneos y también challengers me animo a decir
Because they don’t have the rights to them
Yeah it’ll get taken down
Where is the slice from Nadal in the ao final?
alcaraz vs sinner?
They can't include GS points as ATP does not organize Grand Slam tournaments. But I agree, the Alcaraz back shot against Sinner at the US Open should be the shot of the year! th-cam.com/video/Wm7OqT_F3nA/w-d-xo.html
3:14 bro think he federer
I comment to help statistics
El Rey y es mucho mejor Djokovic
Oh no🤗
PCB vs De Minaur. US Open tweener match point. Um, why is this not in the top 20?
Us open, not atp lol
but...the us open doesn't exist?
When you think they can't get any better there's still 36 of them 😐
Federer has retired from professional tennis
Even though I am absolutely no fan of Nadal, and I know many people who dislike him, I hope he can come back healthy next year.
There's really no need to preface that. You could just wish him well.
Lol he's one of the most popular tennis players of all time.
Those who mostly dislike him are often extreme Nolefam members
