    Hi Jason thanks for your efforts to explain the process in detail. Could you please help answer the below query
    1) He/she living in Canada with Work Permit for couple of years
    2) Has applied dependent open work permit for his spouse which is in progress for a very long time
    3) He plans to apply for PR [without spouse]
    In above case if the dependent work permit will be impacted due to the new PR application?
    Suppose the open work permit is approved first and PR is approved second then it is possible to apply for inland spousal sponsorship later?

      Yes, you can. There will be no negative impact on your spouse's PR later on the inland sponsorship.

      Hi Aaron, yes, any provincial nomination would require a signed untertaking that you'll live and work in the province that nominates you for at least 2 years.

I tried in several job bank but the companies want the work permit holder for applying for a job even a harvesting labourer jobs.     Jason sir , Is it passible to get PR visa thrugh agent at the age of 49 completion ? I paid around 60000 in inr for pr in SINP OID , without IELTS completion , assuming that Band 8, my assesment comes 64 points . kindly give me an advice.(still I am working as offcier in india) Is there any hope ?

    I am trying for AINP. When I was checking my CRS Score it was 305 which mean I qualify for the AINP. But when I created my express entry profile it shows 0. What is the reason can you explain.

      If you're applying through the Alberta Express Entry stream, then you'll need to fulfill the express entry selection factor points as well, which you must not be doing at the moment.

      Hi Viji, WES evaluates credentials from ICFAI. That's the fastest evaluation agency, so I would suggest go for that one.

If I target for a very high IELTS points, still would you suggest me to go for an express entry PR appln OR considering my age factor would you suggest me for any of the PNP???       Your husband should apply for his PR using Canadian experience for additional CRS points, and add you as a secondary applicant so both of you can get your PR together.

      Rewrite your ielts and target 8777-LWRS. Try and do TEF. That should take your CRS score to at least to 470.

      Not through a sponsorship program, but the brother can claim more CRS points through his Express Entry program for a PR blood relation in Canada.
