I am debating the M1 or mini X. Being able to serve cold pressed on demand is a highlight. Not sure if the M1 can do the job as easy as the mini x. This is great! Hope I can visit one of your stores soon.
This looks to be apart of True’s TSSU series of sandwich prep tables. I found this model on their site TSSU-72-30M-B-ST-FGLID-HC. Beverage Air also makes a similar model.
