At the bin I go to the opposite side or where the crowd just left. I also go 2 hours before closing and get stuff from abandoned shopping carts. I make friends and find out what they are looking for and they shop for me too. Lots of other strategies.
Me too just went to the Goodwill bin store for the first time and found good stuff by just going against the crowd. I can't look good anyway with people pulling and throwing clothes.
@starfishb8126 go to the opposite side where no one is and go in between the bins to get to the middle bottom. Everyone throws stuff to the center, but it's hard to stretch to the middle. Workers won't care what you're doing away from the action. Found a $295 Ralph Lauren jacket with tags in the center bottom, in perfect NEW condition. Found and sold a vintage square camara lens glass for .50¢ and sold it for $359. I look for stuff others don't.
@@mslashay35 Thank you for the great advice I will definitely try that next time. I did enjoy the bins for the most part looking forward to finding some good stuff. Much appreciated and happy searching to you as well.
Same to you... One more thing, as women we can communicate with the kiddos (I go through their parents). They will work for you like little elves if you give them the junk, I mean toys they want. They love grabbing specific stuff for you like a treasure hunt. Sad their parents don't care about them in that place. I give them encouraging words about listening to their parents, stranger danger 😂, spending money and making friends. They work their butt's off for me. Sometimes I'll give them a few dollars at the end in front of the parent and tell them they have to ask their parents whenever they they get money from a stranger. I get so much stuff coming my way. 😂😂😂 @starfishb8126
I love the goodwill bins. I started selling from my own closet in December 2022. I was shocked at how quickly things sold and, without knowing there was even a name for it, did some retail arbitrage (while continuing to sell my own clothes) throughout 2023. Considering I did it so casually and never looked up comps, I did pretty okay. By the end of 2023, I discovered the bins. Selling on Poshmark only, I made 69k in 2024. And that was still selling very casually, but also starting to learn from other resellers around the mid-year point. 2025 is going to be my year :)
Ah, working 12 hours a day to get 6 hours of free time doesn’t sound that appealing to me. However, everyone is different. Kudos to this family for the teamwork and flow they have created. 🎉
@ Yes, understand. I will likely retire in my 50’s, as I have worked to secure appreciating assets that bring me much more passive income. I work hard and also resell, but not 12 hours a day. To me, my time is the most valuable. I understand that everyone is different though and respect each person’s individual path.
Time is money, money is time. For the average person, you do have to worker harder to get more free time which is the audience and a great lesson. If you work 5 hours a day and make 6 figures. Not sure why you would be here

As expected in typical youtuber fashion they either heart your comment and don't reply or they don't heart your comment and never reply very expected very sad how someone replied before the youtuber despite him obviously seeing the comment and hearting it man humans are confusing and weird at times thank God for the dislike button phew.
@@gregkareem9824 I know this reseller youtuber that rarely responds to comments asking for advice or questions, but they reply to all the hate comments, kinda sucks but lol

Does this apply only for the clothing section, or is the entire store chaotic? My niche is toys and electronics. Thanks!

The whole point of working harder now is to get even more free time during retirement 🫡

Very inspirational! 5 to 9, if that's it. I have to get my hustle on, I can do this!
Went to a bins store once. Turned around and walked out. Not my scene.
What part of California is Ari from?
Not everyone has access to the Bins!
I selling out of my living room
that's how we started too.
I can't find Ari's info that Beau said was "below." I'd like his TH-cam info, please and thank you. Good video, as usual.
Ari’s TH-cam is the same handle-Nothingnewthrifts
