- In this video I will show you a 3D component of HPDC mould with Runner gate and overflow and cold slug..
And I will show you some thumb rule calculation for gate and Runner Design for HPDC Tool...
Maja aa gya sir...pahli baar youtube par HPDC Mould dekh kar...keep it up sir..& tnx to your good work...you are truely motivated us..LOVE from TRTC DELHI
Thankyou very much...

Excellent 👌☺️
Vedio is very useful . thanks....
could you recomend me any HPDC mould manufacturer or cell number ?I need it .

Video was good, if you will make another video if you only have part not any other parameter like gate velocity, filing time, then how to calculate the gate area runner area etc that will be the great

Thank you very much for this video, please can you give us the title of document you use in calculations especially if it use brass as casting material.
Shot weight 8600mm, overflow weight 978mm runner weight 1562mm, plunger diameter 110mm ASL 910mm to 1st phase & 2nd phase???
Nice video sir
Very nice
Plz upload the hot chamber die gate and runner calculation video
Hi,,Can i use this calculate for HPDC?
Sure ofcourse
Sir , I want to know how to import manifold data in mould base
Nice sir ji..plse make more video on die casting

how u got value for volume
Can you let me know if we can determine overflow gate thickness
... from experience gating 2,5 mm is good value - so a lot of air can go into the overflows (degating / trimming is no problem),
additional the overflows stay stable during ejection (no risk to break away and damage anyhow the die)
Nice 😁

How to calculate gate area, gate velocity and filling time
vaibhav mahekar th-cam.com/users/bharatsharmamech
... recommendation up to 1.000 to locking force gating thickness 4.0 -5,0 mm ... so the multi pressure can work longer
higher locking force and bigger dies more gating thickness necessary
metal speed preferred 30 - 50 m/sec ... if higher more risk for soldering and damaging the die due to speed
fill time roughly 80 msec
so you can determine with gating area these values or play with the values to come close to the recommendation
additional you have to consider the piston diameter ... but all these calculations are no problem
Die ka materiyal
Sir mene to course le rakha hi
Give me calculation formula PDF
Didn't understand runner and overflow calculations
This is only Basic thumb rules calculation..
Don't worry I will try my best....
