    Sir i have some doubts
    1. Sir in pushing force calculation casting pressure is used How to calculate casting pressure for a casting?
    2. In pulling force calculation PRESSURE FACTOR & STRESS IN COOLING CASTING is used, shall we use this constant for any type of side core having high (or) low projected area (or) is there any other constant values?
    3. In pushing force calculation of cylinder HYDRAULIC SYSTEM PRESSURE value is used how this value is taken sir?
    4. At first you have mentioned working pressure is 180bar, so is there any relation between working pressure & hydraulic system pressure?
    Pls clarify it sir

Pulling force must be higher than pushing force, as we know during pulling metal contact on core surface.
But you are showing reverse thing.

Wedge locks prevent the Slide from going back so the pulling force isn't as important when the slide is on our moving side
