I said I personally believe Soundwave and Starscream should be about the same height. Also official ROTF scale has Starscream at 30' and Soundwave at 22'.

The tailfin (is that what it's called) is also made of KREO Battle Changers Megatron's arm piece.

Everything on this model is 100% Lego. Kreo is technically a clone, so pieces might be similar.
