The tape’s quality is a shame 😢. I wish that it was higher quality. I have a vcr and it would be so cool to have a high quality recording of this production.
What month is this from? It can only be either late September, October, November or December of 1988. It didn't change to Engine of Love until after September. Before that they were still using "He Whistled At Me" and also "Call Me Rusty".
+restlessgp I wa gonna go ahead and send a message, but I can't seem to find the "send message" button on your profile. I haven't used TH-cam's message system in a while, so I don't know how it works or if it's changed since it's joined up with Google.
Bunnyinthebasement The show had a camera set-up to view the show from the backstage area, likely to oversee everything that happened onstage, like, the Bochum 1988 boot that's filmed from way above the stage. Some of the camera shots for the races are from other cameras set to allow the audience to view all the action from their seats since the track went around and up so far that some viewers couldn't see it from their position.

What was this from? Some of the camera angles had to be done by cast members, so did RUG release footage of the dhow for a limited time?
