As a gardener, I find this really interesting. I’m trying to learn about UK native habitats and how to maintain them. I could encourage my boss to do this one day. Thanks.
good stuff Rob, I did some mole drain's a few years ago and noticed that it was always greener where the pass was made, your clip's are very good, keep em coming, regards from the west of Ireland
My question is, how is the the seed collected if everything still looks in flower so nothing has gone to seed or does the seed still develop after cutting? Thanks

I wonder if this is not way too early. Suddenly all insects are out of food ?
would you have top do this every year or will the plant re-seed the pasture?
MrJDMmills just the once. It's worked really well.
What exactly was this video supposed to be about? - because the title seems to be misleading. and unclear
leigh pierce you are right the video was 5.mins 56 secs long
Basically, he is showing how to mow a wildflower field to harvest its seeds for planting in another field.
This is incorrect, you shouldn't cut a meadow till September.
Shouldn't this be called "How to write a misleading title"?
What a waste
