Good morning Arnie and Lynn. Well glad you got some new coveralls for Christmas. It is so cute the sheep just bury their heads into the hay. Yummy yummy they say. I think the sheep are happy to be inside getting their food and warm on clean sheets. Tempers flaring and steam coming out your head. 😂😂😂😂😂. Who doesn’t like fresh sheets. Especially in the winter. 🥹🥹. That softer rope looks like it would be more comfortable for the sheep should you need to use it. Hopefully the file works. That way you could file it if it gets too dull while trimming. Perfect. Brrrrrr. That looks cold. The lambies are going to be coming. Don’t freeze to death. Time to go in by the fire. Blessings and big big hugs to you both. 🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰😉😉😉❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
Lynn i love your coveralls! I would have picked them too, coming from a military family, i'm instantly drawn to camo! I hope they keep you warm and hold up a long time!
@@EwetopiaFarmsThat makes sense, ya know i should have asked my vet friend when i would go on farm calls with him, if certain farm animals could see color, but i never did?
I love all your different barns with the different uses. The dark, sheltered dairy barn for early breeding and for lambing. The wide, bright coveralls for lambs and mothers. The narrower coverall for rams and lambs. And while I know it wasn’t all planned out that way exactly, it’s satisfying to see how you make the best use of what you have.
@alisoncummins2726 always an improvement with each new barn, but like you said, all barns can be used as generic barns but can also have specific uses at different times of the year. Diversity is always handy 🙂
Lynn and Arnie, congrats on 24k subs!😊 Love your new coveralls, Lynn. So glad you were able to find a pair. Arnie, I like the new LED lights as well. And the file, which definitely will save you a buck or two. I especially like the new softer rope. You guys are ALWAYS thinking of the well-being of the animals. 🥰 The ewes are looking exceptionally well prepared for lambing. And I agree, it’s best first timers have singles. The lessons of motherhood don’t come easy, so caring for one lamb for young ewes makes so much sense. 💛
@Mary-F Thanks, Mary. Now we need to radically increase views!😁 If you want to be a successful farmer, your sheep need to be well looked after - people need to realize that a healthy, happy sheep is more productive and therefore more profitable than one who is alwaysrequiredto fend for herself!🙂🥰🥰🥰
Sometimes when cats are not using the litter box it can be because of a uti. They associate the pain of urinating with the litter box. You will find they Sometimes choose a hard cold surface instead because the cool helps ease pain. Getting older is not for wimps, it hurts.
I wish my first timers had singles only 1 so far has the rest all had triplets 😅. I’d rather they have a single to there first time begin moms. But those bottle triplets are just as good if not better than the ones on mom. Can’t wait to see you start lambing. Maybe will start again before you but I hope you win! ❤
@@CityandCountrySouthdowns Cidrs do cause more lambs otherwise, you probably would have had less lambs. 🙂 As long as their happy and healthy that's the main thing!🥰🥰
It's good that you've bought good bulbs, it'll get a better look at the lambs and the sheep will appreciate it too, it'll look like it's got sunshine on the inside that can't even get through the frosted windows. The sheep, even in the cold, look happy and can be seen to be in their final stages before giving birth. Dear Lynn those trousers look good and should withstand something, there's quality material for hunting. Have a great day Krasava
Lots of udder development in the ewes! I agree that a first-time ewe having a single is not a problem. Nature is so much smarter than humanity sometimes.😂😉 I love the new coveralls! Being warm and comfortable while working is imperative in such cold temperatures. We are about to feel like Canadians here in Kentucky if the forecast is correct. That is after the ice storm moves through! Let's pray that part of the forecast doesn't play out!🙏😥 Thanks for a great video and stay safe!🙏❤🇺🇸
Very nice coveralls Lynn, they should help you be more comfortable during the brutal weather. Arnie is a really a tough skinned man, tolerating the weather. Love listening to the sheep eating. Hope you stay warm this weekend. We are finally getting colder weather in Indiana, we have been spoiled with unseasonably warm weather. I'm hoping it kills off a few of the cold and flu bugs. ❤
@julieridge9161 Yes, these Coveralls are actually really comfortable too. Hopefully, they last through the rigors of lambing! It is getting much colder here too 🥶🥰🥰
@Heather9001 and expensive! I checked them out when we went to the Royal, and I didn't get them because they aren't waterproof, and for lambing, you need waterproof, especially at those prices.
It's a sad reality we cat lovers have to face as our felines age, one of the #1 indicators of serious health issues is: urinating outside of the litter box. You can't miss that it's happening, due to the odour involved. A common cause, if accompanied by an increase in drinking water is, diabetes. Other aging kidney problems include a UTI or kidney stones, though the latter are more common in males. Burying their waste products are a powerful instinct of cats, seen being done by even very young kittens. Using a litter box is one of the easiest behaviours you can train a new kitten to perform. If your cat starts violating that instinct, a trip to the Vet is in order.
