Stop using Infant's Friend! (TGA Recall Notice!)

I thought parents were aware of this issue, but it appears that this information has not been spread around! Infant's Friend has been found to contain CHLOROFORM. While in small doses or short-term use this does not appear to be harmful, the concern is in those who use for a long time or use a higher dose.
Two quotes from the Therapeutics Goods Administration (not Therapeutic Goods Australia as I referred to them as in the video! WHOOPS!):
"The TGA recently became aware that Infants' Friend oral liquid includes a small amount of chloroform as an inactive ingredient. When used at high doses, Infants' Friend oral liquid can expose children to levels of chloroform that are higher than the level established to be safe. However, intermittent, short-term use is not expected to be harmful."
"At high doses and/or following long-term use, chloroform is known to cause damage to the liver, kidneys and nervous system. The established safe level of intake for chloroform is based on studies in animals and include wide safety margins."
