  • MUSTARD AND CURD FISH MASALA 🌸
    Ingridence:-
    Rohu Fish
    salt
    turmeric powder
    red chilly powder
    kashmiri red chilly powder
    mustard oil
    cumin seed
    chopped tomato
    ginger
    garlic
    mustard seed
    dry chilly
    curd
    chopped coriander leave
    Process:-
    First, add salt, turmeric powder, chilly powder, and kashmir red chilli powder with fish for marinate, then keep it for 15 mins.....
    For mustard masala:- take a jar, take mustard seed, dry chilly, cumin seeds, chopped Jinger and garlic and grind them.....
    Take a pan, pour mustard oil and fry the marinated fish on medium flame well than keep it in a plate...
    Again in that oil add cumin seed and chopped tomato and sout it well then mix the grinded masala and add salt to taste, turmeric powder, chilly powder, kashmiri red chilli powder, coriander powder and cumin powder and cook for 5 min
    Than take 2-3 table spoon of curd and mixed it with a spoon and add that curd in the gravy then add some warm water to cook....
    Cook till the gravy remove oil then add mora warm water for the gravy and cook for 2-3 min then add the fry fish after 2-3 min add the
    chopped coriander leaves....
    Now your mustard Curd Fish is ready 🤤
