He doesn't make excuses, he doesn't point fingers, he just does the best with the gifts he was given and even more. A great inspirational figure. A great distraction from all of the negative cynicism that controls our society. I am a young white man and I think Dr.Carson is a great role model for me and any other person who seeks to gain positive change in their life.

We've shared great thoughts,life lessons and sad experiences and Ive inherited a specific outlook to viewing things just by reading his books. I know he'll be president. God protect him and keep him. Motivation right here. I build physical muscle during the summer mostly but when the semester starts. I step up on the brain muscle and creativity. The mind is Beautiful/Powerful. Take advantage of it

He inspires me that I am not dumb and that since I have a average brain- THANK YOU SO MUCH BEN CARSON ... thank you.. oh god I am crying.. It is really hard to believe in yourself. I was an awesome high school student, got into a good university but then it was a wake-up call this freshman year- not very good. I am not giving up being pre-med. And I am hard of hearing so I do tend to get discriminated and all, but thank you Ben Carson.. for inspiring MILLIONS of people.

"There's no such thing as useless knowledge...we cannot trace the origins of a thought. We cannot define where imagination comes from. The brain is the conduit for which we reach that other dimension." Wow love
A thought can be a response to something we see or have experienced in our lives. Thoughts can be constructive or destructive. Imagination comes from our past experiences (including those who are embedded in our DNA) which can be stored in our hippocampus.
I've said that for years. No such thing as useless knowledge. You'd be surprised how something comes up.
