    1. Does it come with the furniture on the video?
    2. How much time will it take to completely furnish it?
    3. Can we rent it through a management company?
    4. How much time does it take to add bedrooms on the second floor?

      Let me answer your questions!
      1. Yes it does include the furniture on the video, this villa is semi furnished.
      2. It should take around 3 weeks to fully furnish it, there are however some factors to take into account. We encourage villa owners to come to Bali and furnish it them selves if they have the time rather than going through an interior designer. It's usually more affordable!
      3. Yes you absolutely can rent it through a management company and create passive income!
      4. Bedrooms and bathrooms on the second floor take us around 4 months to be added.

    Can't foreigners own it? If I buy this house, do I have to return it after 30 years?

      Hey, thanks for reaching out!
      The contract of this villa includes an extension clause.
      Keep in mind the the extension of the leasehold only includes the cost of the land, not the villa/building. Which means that if you were to extend, it would cost only a fraction of the total sale value of this property.
      Leasehold properties are excellent investment options because they come at a much more affordable price. They are also easier to resell and offer a much better ROI than freehold properties.
      Freehold properties cost a lot more, lands vary at around 5 to 20 times the price of a leashold for 30 years.
      With the rental income being the same for a freehold or leasehold, we can agree that a leasehold is much more profitable! Why invest in one freehold property with an ROI of 5% when you can invest in 3 leasehold properties for the same budget with a 20% ROI?
