Hello. I need to ask a very serious & pertinent question, please. If someone has severe pain in their shoulders, accompanied by clicking & cracking & popping whenever they move them or rotate them... But doctors simply say "Everything looks just fine"... Who or what kind of professional should they seek out?? It has severely damaged my quality of life. I can't even lie down in many ways atp, let alone exercise properly for good health! And I do worry about the effects it's having on my overall health. Not being able to really workout anymore. That's an important thing! And now my elbows and my knees feel stiff and painful as well. Like they are locking up in place. Leaving me to where I basically have to sleep with my whole body straight, arms down at my side. It's miserable. I've developed similar issues that I have in my shoulders, but in my hips. With the popping and clicking and pain along with cramping up when trying to move them. Smh It's crazy. And debilitating and depressing! It's just always painful. But it started with my shoulders. I've been active and in pretty great shape my whole life. Playing sports, doing manual labor, working out, etc. But now it's become hard to do a lot of things. Even though I'm still pretty young, and look as though I'm in nearly optimal form. And all doctors ever say is "Nope, everything looks normal." As if I'm incorrect, or I don't know that it's excruciating just to try to wash a window or even pour liquid from a full pitcher or just turn a steering wheel too far. I mean it's as if my shoulders and my hips are popping out and back in when rotated even somewhat. 😔 I realize that might sound crazy. But you can hear it and feel it if you place your hand there while I move them. Becoming desperate by this point! Lol So I was just curious, can you offer any direction or suggestions on who I should be going to see or talking to? As in what type of professional? Other than these seemingly worthless M.d.'s?! Please Thank you. Love the work that you do! 👍🏻

I’ve been incorporating this exercise 2-3 days a week with alternating rows because I only have one kettlebell for the past month. So amazing! I’m overweight, and I can already see the difference in my back, core and chest. It’s the only thing I’ve changed in my routine. My back also feels better in general, significant decline in morning stiffness, and I can do more pushups.
Glad to see someone with access to only one kettlebell at a certain weight. My apartment gym didn't buy sets of two, so I was curious about this. Glad it's been helping you & I'll try incorporating these into my routine!
I’ve been doing bird dogs, side planks, farmers carries and suitcase carries recently based in n advice from your other videos to help with core stability. They’ve all been very helpful and now I have another movement to add to the routine. Now if I could just find the time and energy to actually do all of the movements I’ve learned from your videos.
Just pick a couple, do them for about 4-6 weeks, then switch some out for the new ones repeat, then switch some out and repeat and so on. You don’t have to do every exercise ever made at the same time.
Yes bc women only wear tight fitting clothes for men’s attention. Even if they do, what about it? Men take their shirts off all the time and no one ever assumes they’re thirst traps. Or at least, they don’t get called out on it
Oh wow, this is scary how on time this was! Recovering from pulling a muscle in my back, and missing the gym. Almost cleared to get back at it, and will definitely be doing this exercise.
These videos have been really informative. I have atrophied muscles and nerve damage from herniated disks. My stabilizer and core muscles are practically gone. These are the types of exercises I need.
That would negate the benefits of asymmetrical load for core development. Keeping your body from twisting or tilting to one side is what your core is primarily for
@@royalgilpin4922 And you train just that with regular barbell rows. Focussing on your"core" becomes superfluous with compound barbell exercises such as rows, deadlifts and squats. As Alan Thrall once said "If you can deadlift 405 without looking like a scared cat, you have a strong core".
@@iliketoast-q9b I don't really disagree with anything you said, but I would add that it isn't only core strength. It teaches you and your autonomic nervous system how to react to different kinds of loading on the spine. Kettlebells aren't required for any of that though.

What are "real" women? I'm a guy and I wear leggings when I work out, it's just more comfortable when doing heavy squats, rows, cleans etc.. Guys like to accentuate their physiques as well. So if you don't like it when women do it, you have to agree it's also not ok for us boys to do it. So I guess we all should cover up and pretend we don't care about looks now, right? The problem isn't how women choose to dress, it's you.
I am just getting better for a motorcycle accident. This is exactly what i need. Stability really sucks right now, but it's betting better with isolated stretching.
I like the informative information I will be trying within my workouts. I also like the fact this woman is covered up in the gym. This is a look you don't see often but appreciated. I know, it doesn't change anything but I don't see it & easy access to equipment I wipe down at the beginning & end of my workout.
