As a PM company operator you need to know about trust accounts and how they work. Most states has specific requirements for trust accounts and even the name of those accounts. Finding a good banker is hard, ask your real estate attorney for recommendation.

Finding a banker who understands the property management industry is hard, that is very true. That's why it helps to work with someone like the guest we interviewed on this episode -- her team has been focusing on the property management industry and on HOAs for a long time.

Very informative video. I’d like to start as a property manager and work with you but the link doesn’t have any info about banking. It’s only marketing. How can I work with you?

Doesn't look like Seacoast offers any locations. Much of the time still need to physically go into the bank to deposit cash, etc. Too bad.

Hi Susan, where are you located? Seacoast actually has physical locations in certain areas. In fact, they recently opened a branch in Las Vegas.

This recording is marginal the speaker's voice sounds like she is in a tin can. If she wore a mic the sound would be clearer and more understandable.
