Does anyone know who this is playing the gong? Have listened to various people playing and this is my favourite by a long way. Would like to buy a cd of him playing. Can anyone help???
Had a real Gong bath yesterday in my local yoga place - hmmmm…. Really can’t understand how this is supposed to be relaxing? Haunting would be the best word to describe it. The sound is really scary, like in horror movies.. And the noise…! Sometimes reminds me of a loud airplane. But when this guy added the drum - it sounded truly menacing. I remembered “The Blue Lagoon” film, when they discovered the local tribe and their horrific rituals…
This is absolutely beautiful. I am going to come back to it in about 30 minutes for my meditation. Thank you so so much.

Try Balinese gong music - much, much, more relaxing and meditative. ✔️

I found it quite unrelaxing with all the drumming and fuzz going on - did not fit me at this moment at least as I did not understand the purpose
