funny, i tried 900pp Nürburgring with the 787b. got a 40 second lead into the last lap and it started to rain :D one of the AI cars switched to inters on its last stop and passed me 200 m before the finish line ^.^
Thank you this was a huge help! I never touched the hybrid Le Mans cars before and always struggled with stuff around 900PP but I followed this and won all three. Nurburgring was definitely the hardest and I spun out twice (CPU got me good) and thought I should give up, but I rode it out and got lucky and still got 1st as the leaders pitted on the last lap. I had to back the fuel down a bit at the end but I probably could have shifted more optimally like you did and not had to.
I ran the races at 1 on super softs and pitted after 5 laps finished with a lead of 20-25 seconds For fun I did Autopolis in Super Formula on Hards, Sport Gearbox and a small amount of ballast on minimum downforce Managed 8 Laps on 1 and a quick pitstop with no tyre swap a comfortable win in the end
For me, I use some Gr.X VGT cars (not the EVs) to compete in the WTC 900. The car I used is the Mazda LM55 VGT (Gr.X) and tuned it down to 900 (I used the racing hards in order to reduce the PP and also have less tire wear while also adjusting the aero and the power to make it 900pp or 899.99pp) and let me tell you what, Best decision ever since it's a fast but very fuel efficient car, I'll try the other VGT Gr.X cars and test them out in the WTC 900, surely there might be some cars I like to use all the time. and I hope PD makes a 1 Hour ver of the WTC 900 but I must not get high hopes lol😊.
What really bothers me is the pit stops, the car takes really long to arrive there and refuel. After refueling, the car has worse steering and ends up drifting out of the track. Does it have anything to do with the tires or the NSX? That is the car im using in the WTC 900.

@@ReallyRealColby the tomahawk X cant go under 900 but the tomahawk S can go under 900 but the acceleration is slow but maybe with a little bit of tune the car can work
so we can use gr1 cars for the 900 pp races, as long as it meets requirements. I wasn't sure if we could, I thought it had to be A GR2 CAR. so i can use my VGT FERRARI I GUESS. WOW, THATS AWESOME
can u do the best VISSION CARS TO USE 4 THESE RACES ALSO? THERE are a few that I would like to try, but I REALLY DON'T WANT 2 waste a million credits? so can u do this in the future? I was looking at the MCLAREN VISION specifically. IT'S JUST UNDER 900PP.
Any Gr. 2 modern Super GT can do it with RS 1 stop full blast. I beat the Suzuka race with 10 seconds to spare with the Nismo. I don't like going with Le Mans cars or other ridiculous vehicles here. 0 stops with RM and fuel saving (mostly very short shifting and a bit of L&C) is also doable. I came in 2nd with a 5 second gap, but had one big mistake.
Or if you don't have 3 mil lying around. You can take the Red Bull X2019 25th Anniversary. Put Hard Racing tires & Extra weights (136 KG) and weight distribution to -15 on the car. And you will complete the menü in your sleep

Unfortunately, yes. However, with many new events plus custom races and Sophy you can still get a decent amount of money. Also, the new track gives a lot of credits if you complete the circuit experience with Golds! Last but not least the menus give extra tickets 💪
So much potential going to waste... Another bunch of events that had everything to be great and PD made them a "do 1 time and never touch again" events... Shameful...
@@captainkirk5027 expected but still disappointing... So much hype for the update but apart from a few "quality of life" improvements the rest is just frustrating...
@@andersbjrnsen7203is it possible that we might get another update in December with a few cars, new track and a set of new championships or missions? What do you think? If not maybe in January 2024?
@@MsSirAndy I kind of hope and believe that they add a track, but I doubt they will add all that many events, seeing ad the custom and quick races now provide so much single player content.

I used the 787B fully blown with a manual, it's perfect!

Yay, finally a set of events where i can use my chapperal 2J at its full potential. So the strategy will be a bit different to yours

You can ride the brakes a bit and keep the battery charged for an extra boost of power more often and possibly save fuel
I used tuned down Super Formula, fuel map 6, Racing Hard tires, and finish 1st without going to pit

I got rain in the 1st race and couldn't find the pit entry (why not a nice market PD?) so had to do 1.5 wet laps on slicks - it didn't end well!!!!

The Gr2 NSX can win these easy with 1 pit. Race softs and fuel on 1. Just be careful to not wear down your tires and should win by atleast 20 seconds.

How do you get it to unlock this race? I have two races that won’t unlock, this one and #47.
