Higher iso increases noise in the image though

That’s true, but for the sake of this video I kept the lighting conditions consistent. If I were to really shoot a product at f/8-f/16 I would definitely add external lighting sources, or slow down my shutter. For objects or subjects that are not moving you can still achieve a sharp image with a slow shutter, given that you have adequate stabilization. Thanks for watching and making a great observation.

    hi, nice information there!
but why when you shot your brother in f1.4 he is still in focus and the punching bag is also in focus?
compared to tanjiro the body is blurry?
    Thanks!

Hey there! Thanks for stopping by, and good question.
The reason why tanjiro body is out of focus @ f1.4 is because of the distance from the camera to the subject. I positioned the camera relatively close when shooting tanjiro. With my brother I was further back in distance. So distance also matters when it comes to what comes in focus.
Try this experiment: open your eyes as wide open as possible (similar to aperture), from here position your hand in front to where it becomes in focus. If you notice when your hand is too close you cannot focus on the hand, but if you put it further away more of the hand becomes visible. This is how a camera lens works as wel!
