Brian your music intro kicks ass man. You’ve taught me a Insane Amount Sir in 2yrs, seriously, you’ve helped me transition from a Boat Salesman (21yrs straight) to a Full Time Detailer, no BS man without your education my family and I would’ve been Starving. The big man of woman up stairs definitely knows how much you’ve helped!!!! Brannon in Bradenton FL
I just picked up three bottles of the one step about a week ago and put it on three vehicles we have in the family and I tell you what I'm in love with the stuff! Even if it last 6 months I'll be completely thrilled. Just the way it goes on and comes off easily and has a really nice Sean and does in fact do something for the swirl marks other than fills them in oh, I'm very happy. It's good to watch this video as well reinforces what I believe
Hey Brian just wanted to thank you for taking the time to put all this invaluable info out there , I'm recently retired and have always wanted to learn this , good for you for taking the time to help all of us with all your skills and experience your efforts are appreciated..
Great video! One Step Sealant has been one of my favorites for years. I get close to a year out of it here in Indiana on my daily that is not Garage kept. I have gotten more then a year on our other car that is garaged. Griot’s Garage claims there are no fillers in any of their products so it will be interesting to see after you do the test. I have a lot of customers that just want a wash and wax. I use this product and people are amazed at the way their car looks because of its ability to remove some minor imperfections.
A few years back, I had a sample pack of Griot's products. IIRC, this sealant had a lot of filler. They may have tweaked it since then. Some of the abrasives (red containers) were decent. I gave the rest to a neighbor who's really into matching bottles.
Awesome, love the sealant head to head. Griots looks like could be some good stuff. Hope you add Mastersons shield to the mix. Would be great to know which sealants can be applied to rubber and plastic trim as well.
Brian I think that to solve small imperfections if it works, as a sealer also of light use, except for better opinion I see it as for consumption of light works ....... as always good video, thanks for sharing.
Try the best per the pros Menzernas, now Jescar, power lock sealant. It last a year for me in S Florida and has a mild polishing add. Plus I pressure was then mitt wash. I' ve also used the Griots one step and although it is easier to apply it is not as slick.
I'm about to give a matchup between Meguiars new 3-1 wax against Griots 3-1 wax. I love both of them but want to see side by side comparison. For those who hasn't tried the new Meguiars 3-1 Wax I want to say it's very good.
I would love if you could compare the new Turtle Wax Hybrid Solutions Ceramic Polish and Wax vs Griot's Garage One Step Sealant. Which product is better?
(1)What is that blower?!!! (2) GRIOT's seems to be top quality for a beginner- but their offerings are so confusing - and the combo of pads make it more so for us newbies-- Orange pad with Correcting Cream - then red or black pad with finishing cream OR clay bar then Finishing cream ( just water marks mostly - no bad scratches)
EXPERIENCIAPE the solvents in the wax could actually damage or even remove the sealant. Best of show would be best on its own. Use the best of show spray wax as it has no solvents in it. Give the sealant at least a few hours before you spray wax it. Let the solvents in the sealant evaporate and cure a bit. It will harden. Then you will be ok to top it with a spray wax.
Hi, really enjoy your videos. I see that you have used many of Griots Garage products for either personal or for testing purposes. I was wondering if you've had a chance to use their Liquid gloss poly wax? According to Griot's it's their longest lasting sealant and like One Step claims of 1 year durability. I see that you have used the One Step of which I'm assuming is similar to the poly wax but with mild abrasives. At this point I am speculating that the durability would be similar between the two as well. Would love to see a video on the Poly wax but was curious as well as to what the estimated durability in your mind would be for the One Step in a real world environment like Minnesota where I am with all the chemicals they put down on the roads during the winter.
In your experience, how long does this last? It says up to a year. I am looking for something that lasts a long time for when I help other people out and wax their car.
This was a nice little teaser. Seems like a good product. Have you tried polish with sealant from poorboys? I'd like to see that go up against another one step. 👍
Brian do you have a video of you applying viking coat? I know it is very expensive, but how long does it last in your area. I live in the same state of PA, probable around 180 miles from you........
Griot's Garage vs Jax Wax Shield Shield Refresh....Coming soon!!
Apex Detail will QP ON 2.0, Tac moonlight last a year in your location? Thanks!

I think one step sealent topped off with seal and shine can easy last the year! Gonna try it on a customer see how it holds up

This stuff is great. I used a microfiber finishing pad on 4 on my Griot’s polisher. Great stuff. Impressive.
I went through a few bottles of this stuff a couple years ago. Super nice product to use. Great results
Presidential Polish for a retail product... quite impressive!👍🏻
Awesome, love the sealant head to head. Griots looks like could be some good stuff. Hope you add Mastersons shield to the mix. Would be great to know which sealants can be applied to rubber and plastic trim as well.
All the newer sealants are for all surfaces... but good point.👍🏻
Allen Maestas haha mastersons. The dood that left chemical guys and re did their lineup to copy chemical guys. If anything, try jescar
Brian I think that to solve small imperfections if it works, as a sealer also of light use, except for better opinion I see it as for consumption of light works ....... as always good video, thanks for sharing.
Thanks Edgar! This is good for filling in small imperfections👍🏻
COLD RED RIVER!!!!! Great video B!
James Biedlar you got it!🤘🏻
thanks again Brian...
Bryan thanks, I do appreciate your work.
And I appreciate all of you! Its a two way street! 😁

Wonder if its better then D151? I like D151 but it gives you like 4 section passes max
What make and model is the blower dryer you use in the video please Brian? I am going to buy one but am looking for a good recommendation. Thank you
great video to the point video...can u try cg jet seal next time.thanks again Brian
I will get Jet Seal in the mix as soon as I can.👍
More all in one products please!
Hey, great video! Coming up on a year, how did it hold up?
Great video. Would it be ok to apply it by hand with a microfiber applicator after a wash and clay is completed?
Should be a good matchup!!
Mikey P it will be!
I would love if you could compare the new Turtle Wax Hybrid Solutions Ceramic Polish and Wax vs Griot's Garage One Step Sealant. Which product is better?
Best product ever.
Great video! I like the air blower. Where can I get one?
After all these testings, I'm confused as to which product to buy....there are so many of them out there that do the same thing...
Thats right different brands
(1)What is that blower?!!! (2) GRIOT's seems to be top quality for a beginner- but their offerings are so confusing - and the combo of pads make it more so for us newbies-- Orange pad with Correcting Cream - then red or black pad with finishing cream OR clay bar then Finishing cream ( just water marks mostly - no bad scratches)
Great video. I would love if you can try out soft 99 Fusso it’s a wax it says it protect for a year I like to see what you think of it
Brian good video as always but isn't that supposed to stay on the panel for 30 min before removal?
Do you think we should use wax on top of the “one step sealent” ? Like best of show wax maybe?
EXPERIENCIAPE wait til the sealant cures first.
Free Dom just let it cure / and then just apply the wax ?
EXPERIENCIAPE the solvents in the wax could actually damage or even remove the sealant. Best of show would be best on its own. Use the best of show spray wax as it has no solvents in it. Free Dom thank you for the info
Wash
Clay
Paint prep
One step
on the bottle it says to use a orange pad yet you're using a wax pad?
I would have like to have seen the gloss meter readings
Is this not made anymore? Your link just goes to amazon griots page.

I like a lot of the poor boy's products...I think I have it.
Thank you for your work. Would you say this outclasses Jescar Power Lock plus?
I would say it is a bit more durable.💪
How long should this sealant last under normal driving conditions? Sealants should last 9 months or so right?
Red Cold River!
Could I or should I go over this with a wax when finished?
Brian do you have a video of you applying viking coat? I know it is very expensive, but how long does it last in your area.
I live in the same state of PA, probable around 180 miles from you........
Brian did you apply this to your vehicle? any updates on longevity?
Wich is the #1 paint sealant? ..... and can i use carnuba wax o top of the sealant ?(it is shinier )
Have you ever regreased the Griots polisher?
Great vid, as usual.
I might throw Griots on someone's truck. Would White Lake Country pads work?
Can you test Soft99 Fusso Coat? It's also 12 months sealant but no abrasives in it.
Will do!👍
Brian, what’s your favorite clay bar?
Petr Strizheus I use Nanoskin autoscrub.
Can the sealant be applied by hand?
Here is a video of the end result of my detail after using One step Sealent th-cam.com/video/a8DNnjeCvj0/w-d-xo.html
Plz make vedio on koch chemi 1k nano
Did you ever end up doing a full one year test on this? Thanks!
Still on your car?
Could you review the griots boss finishing sealant?
I put it on the list✔️
