    I can't believe this never became a recurring bit. "It's time to put this diversity truck in reversity." "She has his eggs all over her face." "Let's view and see what we can watch." Their stilted way of talking is already funny, to add so many hilarious lines makes it one of the best things this show has ever done, in my view.

    "Sure can."
    I love subtle stuff like this. The writing is supposed to be bad, but you can't always beat the audience over the head with it. A subtle little thing where the answer to the question can be understood, but at the same time doesn't actually match the question that was asked, gives it that little something extra.
    And I've literally seen non-ironic commercials that get this wrong. There was one along the lines of, "Don't you wish you could [thing]? Now there is!"

      I don't think they were "turning their ears" to hear better. I think they were highlighting their gaudy earrings for the viewers to see. You'll notice that when they throw to the simulation the second time, they put up their fingers to highlight their gaudy rings. And when they do it for the third and final time, they turn their heads all the way around, to highlight their... what are those things... jewel-covered hairpins? Anyway, it makes more sense in context.
