What happens after the students say the word and put their hands down but didn't get out? Can they keep playing?

Good question. Yes, they are still in the game. These ‘rounds’ happen very quickly. So as you progress through some set, it will quickly lead to someone being eliminated. Then, everyone still in, resets with hands on head, and you play round 2.
