8 point checklist to start your own software company
Point 1: Be an expert in you niche
10000 hours should be spent on a skill with focus.
Point 2: Successful Leadership experience
Experience of leading 5 - 6 people in 2 - 3 quarters atleast.
Point 3. Master multi tasker
Should be great at multi tasking.
Point 4. Loss for Apetite
Loss bardasht karny ki himmat.
Point 5. Income/Expence
Mandatory monthly expenses should be 1/3 of total income.
Point 6. Humility
Fight Ego. Acceptance of mistakes.
Piont 7: Customer service experience
Experience of handling all kinds of customers
Rule 8: 60 hour work week
Be prepared to work 60 hours/week for about a year.
This a good video, and I have really enjoyed your interviews with other people in your industry.
This has to be explained, that these rules mostly apply to context of software services company.
Other soft skills related advices do come in handy in other scenarios as well.

I think according to this video, to have these 8 things to start a company, maybe 1 or 2 percent of the industry can start a company.

all 7 points checked! except income is not 3x of my expense.
Do hardwork as much as you can... I was at this point but Alhamdulilah I did manage to surpass that limit... But I warn you, do consider handling of inner self once you achieve that as I got comfortable and got into little bit off track and spent alot and increased my expenses... I would suggest to make an exact of the income against expenses sheet on different stages so you don't get into rabitthole where the expenses keep on increasing hence income should also be increased

Bro university give you FOUNDATION, degree and uni experience. In the end, you have to put your hard work and learn the skills.
You can become Software Engineer without going to university but this is not always TRUE.
Everything has a price if you are ready to pay the price you will get your desired outcome, in sha Allah.
Lucky people get there love... i was in love to be software enginner in 2001 and now i spent almost 23 years in this field.. co founder of many of my friends comapnies .
