    역시 쿠킹트리님 최고 입니다.
    매번 보는 영상이지만 볼때마다
    느끼는데 예술입니다.
    한번 만나고 싶은 분중에 한분이십니다.
    케이크위에 올라가는 스크램블은 넘 맛나지요.
    입안에서 얼마나 조화을 이룰지 만들어서 먹어보아야 그 망을 알겠지만요.
    소리도 예술이네요.asmr 잠잘때 드르면서
    자면 잠도 잘 올것 같아요.

    recook this yesterday and i have to say its the best! making in a muffin tin cause my family not a fan of cream cheese but this one is exception. i was amazed by how moist the "cake". the sweetness is exactly perfect. thankyou cooking tree :)

    I made this cheesecake today, and it came out great ! thank you for the recipe ! and I used ground almonds for the crumble as that was all I had and it was great !

    So i made this some days ago and it turned delicious!! The Lotus flavour came through very well and it was amazing my family loved it!!! I really recommend making this. Thank you AGAIN cooking tree for the amazing recipes!! I WILL DEF TRY MORE LYY❤️❤️

    로투스쿠키 대신 오레오를 넣고 화이트 초콜릿대신 다크초콜릿을 넣어서 만들면 오레오치즈케이크가 되겠네요!

    If you want to do it, please fold with a marise the meringue into the mixture, absolutely not whisk it. Otherwise your cheesecake will flatten out like hers did. Plus add the meringue last (after adding the biscuits), the goal is to keep as much air bubbles as possible :)

    Was this baked with water bath and then left to cool with oven open for an hour? That’s how a cheesecake is usually baked. This video didn’t show it.

    쿠킹트리님 따라서 구워보는중인데 원래 버터기름이 뚝뚝 오븐안에서 떨어지는건가요? ㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠ 로터스와 버터섞인 냄새가 진동해서 행복하긴한데 불안하네요 ㅜㅜㅜㅜ

    혹시 크럼블만 따로 구워서 사용하고 싶은데, 굽는 온도와 시간을 대략적으로나마 알 수 있을까요??

      170~180도 정도에서 8~10분 정도는 구워야 할 것 같은데 오븐 사양에 따라 굽는 시간과 온도 차이가 나서 상태를 보시며 조절해주시면 좋을 것 같아요~

    From someone in the US- what are lotus cookies? I'm guessing that they are cookies made from lotus root but I've never seen them before. Would these be like Graham cracker cookies? Trying to find equivalent?

      Answering in Korea.. Lotus cookies are similar with Graham cookies! Hmm...It tastes like mocha cookies(?) and so good with coffee!

    안녕하세요~평소 쿠킹트리님 레시피 잘보고있는데 오늘 요레시피로 구워봤거든요~
    근데 명시되어있는 온도와 시간으로 구웠는데도 반죽이 고스란히 익지않고 출렁거리는데 몇분이나 더 구워야할까요? ㅜㅜ

      오븐사양에 따라 굽는 온도와 시간은 차이가 있는 것 같아요~~
      이 치즈케이크는 구워도 살짝 출렁거리는 편이에요~~ 식히면서 괜찮아진답니다~~10분 정도씩 시간을 늘려 구워 보시면 좋을 것 같아요~~
